One Hour Martinizing Dry Cleaners

By the way all the clothes that I brought home from this place stunk like chipotle !!! The store shares a wall with chipotle and if you want to smeel like a burito take you clothes here !!!

I wish I could give less then one star… This place sucks !!! They ruined a shirt and then tried to tell me it was like that when i brought it in. When I dropped the clothes off she told me the shirts where 4 dollars each. When I went to pick them up she told me the shirts where 6.50 each. Her reasoning was the shirts are bigger then the average person so I have to pay more. WTF

I thought this place was overpriced untill I spoke to my brother in law who takes his clothes here. I found out they charged me double the regular price to dry clean my clothes which had no stains. They make up prices and get your money. They press clothes horribly. If you care about your clothes and don’t want to be cheated out of money then stay away from here. I will never go back.

The worst. Always a problem, constantly misplace clothes, nothing is ever ready when it’s supposed to be.

This is not a cleaners… as they do not clean clothes.
They also seem to have trouble keeping orders together.
I brought in 8 shirts, 3 sweaters, a skirt, jacket and a dress.
When I went to pick up the clothes… I noticed the dress was wrinkled and had several spots on it. I pointed this out to the «manager» and he seemed less then concerned. They finally agreed to clean it «again» (there is no way it was ever cleaned a first time) In my frustration and haste to leave, I didn’t count my items and realized when I got home that they had only given me 3 shirts back…(missing boyfriends expensive shirts… brooks brothers. etc)
So I returned and the woman that initially helped me was there… she had found the shirts I was missing and credited me $ 5. The «manager» that was less then helpful was there as well, she asked him what the issue with the dress was yesterday and he said «nothing»…he needs a major customer service help and should not be interfacing with customers!
Although it worked out in the end… It wasn’t worth the hassle… One hour martinizing dry cleaners gets filed under… NEVER AGAIN!
