I love love panera but today was the worst. Not only did I receive the order wrong three times that gave me my food it was missing turkey from the bacon turkey bravo. The Manager said absolutely nothing to me and ive I’m still waiting for my food after 25 mins.

I might be late on this, but this place is tech savvy compared to other fast food cafes of it type. They have a system where you order your food at kiosks or directly from your table using their website/app. Very fast service and a quiet place with the typical light music playing in background. They would’ve gotten 5 stars but did not have dark roast coffee options when I came so I star less. Overall a good place for a quick meal and quiet enough to study. Outdoor seating available.

It’s been a while since I’ve been back at Panera’s, when I was younger me and my best friend pretty much lived here because we were obsessed with their you pick two and Ice green tea(which we still are) but we pretty much drifted off because we realized as good as we thought it was. Unfortunately its pretty pricey and not worth it. Every so often it’s convenient and we are in the mood for it so we still come by and get some lunch. Before you used to have to wait for your food to pick it up at a counter but now they give you a number which you place on your table and they bring you your meal and even clean up after you, which is a great idea. They have free wifi so it has a nice warm feeling of being able go enjoy a meal and perhaps get some work in between a cup of coffee or tea. The times I’ve been to this particular location the workers are making sure the tables are clean fast so other customers can sit and enjoy their meals. The parking can be a bit of a pain since there’s other establishments around but if you dont mind a short walk, you’ll definitely find parking near the Marshalls & petsmart. This particular Panera the cashier was very friendly, but the lady who dropped off our food wasn’t so much and it looked like she was a manager which is even worse. Also forgot to bring a smoothie which we had ordered and since she took our number when she quickly dropped off our food I had to go in searching for the drink which no one knew where it could be. Turns out someone else was trying to bring it to our table but since there was no number they had no idea where to take it.(Maybe when they deliver stuff to the tables they should check the receipts or ask if theres anything else missing?) just saying to avoid simple mistakes. Their baked treats are good, I dont think you can’t go wrong there. Usually when I do go to a Panera is early to pick up a sweet treat and get their vanilla chai. Yes, no doubt I will probably come back, but if I want to make sure I get a really delicious sandwich, soup or salad for this price. I wouldn’t say Panera is on my Top ten.

I like Panera bread. They have healthy-ish food compared to other chains in the area. What I like best here– Broccoli cheddar soup Mediterranean quinoa salad Mediterranean veggie sandwich Mac and cheese(better than most places) Also, the order online rapid pickup works great for us. The place could be cleaner though.

Food is pretty consistent here, it’s just the service here can be spotty. Sometimes your food can be delayed or backed up because of online orders.

With all this rain and cold weather a nice warm bowl of soup was perfect for office lunch. Panera’s soup is delicious and deffenitly hit the spot!

Consistent food. Dirty restaurant. Ordered a cup of broccoli and cheddar cheese soup, but asked for extra cheese. Got charged $.75 more to receive a separate cup of cheese. Had to bring it back to the kitchen for them to actually warm it up with the cheese inside. I guess that’s too much logic… Floor needs to be vacuumed quickly. Coffee ran out and it’s not even 6pm yet.

Ordered two salads, two sides and a dessert online as a pickup order. Took the order home and they forgot one side, the dessert and salad dressing for both salads. They charged me for them all the same…

Leaving one star because it’s not possible to leave zero. Friend just visited yesterday to pick up lunch for us. He witnessed female worker behind the counter use her gloved hand to wipe snot from her nose and then continue to cut the bread with the same gloved hand. Manager attempted to pay for our meal upon bringing this up– as if that helped the situation at all. Hope Panera does some staff retraining before their employees infect everyone.

I eat at Paneras… ALOT! That said. i’ve been to a bunch of them in the area, and I have to admit, this is my favorite one in the area. 1st of all… PARKING. Plenty of parking. 2nd Staff… they’ve always been so friendly and helpful…3rd Catering. I’ve catered lunches from different paneras. and this one always runs on time and gets my order right . Have to say… this is my favorite Panera in Hudson County.

Love this panera bread location. My favorite is the broccoli cheddar soup and my daughter loves the Mac and cheese! Always fresh no Complaints! And when you sit to stay in this location they bring you the food! Friendly staff and clean environment.

I’ve been to this Panera a few times, and have never had a problem here. At lunch time, they do get a little busy. Otherwise, it’s never crazy. For the most part, I’ve only experienced good customer service and fresh food. Also, I’m not sure if this is new but they also offer table side service. I recently ordered a breakfast sandwich and was given one of those alarms that go off once your food is ready. I sat down and waited for it to beep. A few minutes later, an employee came over with my sandwich. He looked at the number, gave me my sandwich and said«thank you and enjoy.» I much prefer this over having to wait for my food because the counter area can get pretty crowded at times. Also, they list the brew times for the coffee but I wonder how accurate it is. I got coffee today, and it was lukewarm. Strange since it supposedly was made just 30 minutes earlier. I don’t think it should be that cold if it’s been in a thermos that whole time. Parking is decent in the area and during the warmer months, they have outdoor seating! They also offer free wifi and the noise level is pretty average. This would be a good place to get a bite or a drink if you need to get a little work done. Lastly, if you get the Panera card, you get a free coffee or tea after every 7 coffee/tea purchases. Once in awhile you also get a random reward like a free espresso drink, smoothie, pastry item, coffee/tea, etc.

One of the better Panera locations I’ve been to. There’s no shortage of parking areas– if you park in the sheltered garage area, you can come through the back door. This is one of 2 Paneras that will bring your food to you– leave your pager out. They’ll also take your tray when you’re done, but I usually do it myself. The line gets unsurprisingly long starting at around 12:30 on weekends. I’ve only been here on weekends to make my Home Goods/Marshalls rounds. Service is good and I haven’t had any problems here.

I absolutely enjoy the soufflé from here for breakfast. At this location the staff is very helpful and pleasant. Today we got the four cheese and spinach and artichoke soufflé. Both were excellent! I like coming to panera for a quick lunch, free wifi for doing some work, and their Asiago bread. Will definitely be back — just wish they would serve breakfast later during the week and weekends.

This used to be my favorite Panera location but after today it’s my least favorite. So I walk in to get my coffee and the lady at the register was rude. You can tell she didn’t like her job and was making comments at the register to her co-worker about the line. Even though she was rude I was still polite and said thank you and have a wonderful afternoon! Still no reaction just a rude look. The Internet was super slow than it gets better. As I settle in and 15 minutes into my book the fire alarm goes off. Yes it goes off and water flows into the front of Panera. Very disappointing how there was no direction from the store employees. I truly felt bad for all the parents who had strollers and kids with them. If you went through the front hope your stuff didn’t get wet. Seems like this Panera location is going down hill and need some serious help from upper management.

Never had a problem here. It serves everything Paneras serve. I love soups and good bread so obviously I really like Panera. Place is always kept clean, and the service is good. Never a long wait to order and the food comes fast. Might just be the times I go. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 concerns their selection loaf breads. They usually seem short on stock. Not usually a big deal unless you really want a specific loaf of bread. My go to Paneras… Have Fun.

I am a huge Panera fan and my obsession only got worse when I had one within 5 mile radius of my college(last 4 yrs). Now that I’m in Jersey City the closest stores are either Hoboken or New York City, unless driving westbound. Panera at Mill Creek is a decent location nearest a strip mall(TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, Sports Authority, Kohl’s, Jenny Craig, etc). The interior is traditional Panera«homey» style with warm color patterns. The bathrooms were clean. The manager took my order and was extremely accommodating and helpful. He told me about Panera’s updated menu where all items fit into the Take 2 catergory — nice perk! Also, the coffee ran out while I was there and the staff were very attentive.
