I go to this place mostly for their Sweet chili shrimp. This is a tasty appetizer but if I’m the only one eating it, I don’t need an entrée. Service is good and Cheddar bay biscuits are even better. A pretty good place for seafood I hear.

I am a fan of Red Lobster food. The Seacaucus Red Lobster does have great food — I’ve been there at least a dozen times, but the service could be better. And you’ll probably get frustrated if you order take out from this location. If it’s busy and the bar is full, forget it. You’ll end up walking out without your order. But if you get that far, you’re doing okay as it’s challenging to have this location answer a call for a take-​out order.
I should warn you if you’re new to the area, expect to spend a few extra minutes finding parking at the Seacaucus location if you’re arriving on a Friday or Saturday evening. But you probably already expect that.
In summary, great food, as usual for Red Lobster, but demand better service at the Secaucus location, and demand a dedicated register for take-​out.

I took my family here this past Thursday, 10⁄22 for my husband my birthday dinner. First, the girl who gave us our table need to be more customer service oriented. We asked in and instead of being greeted, we were asked, «table for 4?». After we sat down, she walked away and didn’t say a word. The place a only had a few tables served. Not many people came for a 5:30 dinner.
Our waiter comes by and didn’t tell us about any specials. I had to ask and learned that it was endless shrimp special. I decided to order the endless shrimp special for myself.
Everyone, let me warn you that it’s not what it seems to be and advertised! First, you can only choose two out of the four kinds of shrimp dishes. When you’re done and want a refill, good luck on waiting! It took me 25 minutes wait for my hand bread and shrimp scampi to come out. This is ridiculous! My family were done eating their meals and now waiting for me :(
