I called inquiring about a liquor delivery to a hotel less than a mile away. The woman told me they’ll do it but the order has to be over 100 $ as I told her the alcohol I wanted she began to speak to another person saying she didn’t know what Veuve is then put me on hold and another gentlemen came on the phone 5 min later and asked what I wanted then after I told him what I wanted he began to tell me that because we are so close they wouldn’t deliver… I was about to buy more than 100 $ worth of alcohol plus a good tip… Whoever owns this business, know that you run an establishment that doesn’t want to make money and ultimately, will fail because of it. Even though I am just one person, take in to consideration how much you will loose because of how you turn down people like myself visiting the area. Oh and btw hanging up on people won’t do you much good either. Also if you work at store that sells liquor that is expensive you should probably know what the expensive stuff is not question it.

Great selection as always. Very friendly staff. And they actually know what they’re talking about! At a liquor store?!? It’s rare but beautiful… like a unicorn! Hours are comparable to most sores in the area. Cheers!

This place is like wine heaven! The choice is astounding and the place is huge and very well organized. You can find what you are looking for whether it be a bold cabernet sauvignon or a fruity Moscato. The prices are comparitively less than other stores even for the more expensive varieties. They seem to have wines for every price-range, right from a sale stock starting around $ 5(thats the first time I have seen a wine for $ 5!!) to much more expensive ones. Its the perfect store to come and stock up on good wine. We picked up around 5 bottles the last time and I cant wait to get back and buy some more!

Good shop it’s right across the street of the red roof in where I stayed and they got a large selection of beers. They also got a great selection of vine and other things. Staff is very friendly.

Going forward, this is where I will buy all alcoholic beverages. The assortment is worldwide and extensive, plus the staff is very nice. I am actually disappointed for not knowing about this place previously. To think of all the money I have spent in other stores with a limited selection, never again. This place is huge and people obviously buy in bulk, because everyone I saw was pushing a shopping cart, loading case after case or liquor into the trunk of their cars. Bottom line, great service, great selection and great prices.

In terms of selection, assortment, price, and convenience, this is the best wine shop in this area. I have spent thousands of dollars on them.

Clio Jumilla 2004 for less than $ 34 a bottle. Top ten wine bargain of the year. Clio is made by Chris Ringland — an aussie super wine star — he is also the winemaker at El Nido in Spain. A lot of Australia and a lot of Spain — makes for a very interesting and sublime bottle. A blend of 30% Cabernet Sauvignon(26-year-old vines) and 70% Mourvedre(61-year-old vines), spent 26 months in French and American oak — and I will spend a lot of time thinking about it… I first time I opened a bottle of Clio was with on of those silly corkscrews that screws in and the cork gets pushed up – but the Clio bottleneck is thick — so it got stuck. I got on the floor, put the bottle between my feet — pulled on it – no luck. Took a little torch to it – hoping to melt the plastic corkscrew. No luck. Tap, tap, tap with a hammer… no luck. Tap a little harder. A little harder. A little harder. Finally the neck of the bottle broke — perhaps some glass fragments fell into the bottle. How could you be sure — maybe not safe to drink. But with one mouthful, I knew I could not just throw away the bottle. I poured carefully — watching for fragments — it seemed ok – so I took the risk — some risks are worth it…
