Lantern Light Inn

Well firstly I was sent detailed email & great directions to the inn. There were even tips for steps along the way. Upon arriving, both Kris & Ed greeted me & showed me my room & then left me to do my thing! It was very clean & warm.
They are the sweetest, kindest people & gave me storage for my mountain bike & a key for accessing it. In the morning she left me a lovely fruit plate & a sweet letter about some things! They were worried about me on a certain day of riding & since I was tied up with a dead phone, they even called police to make sure I wasn’t lost on the mountain. Overall, just a lovely, cozy B&B & I will not stay anywhere else when in Sedona!

Chris and Ed are such gracious hosts. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home relaxed. And it’s Sedona! What better place to relax and take in the ambiance that is the famous Red Rocks. You have to see it for yourself. Pictures just tell half the story.
Ed and Chris can help you discover what you would like in the Sedona area. In the morning, at breakfast, or even the evening, do sit a spell and have a most pleasant conversation with Chris and Ed.
The Lantern Light Inn is such a pleasant oasis. The rooms are tastefully furnished and decorated. It’s the little things you will notice: fruit and nuts, fireplace, sitting chairs, garden seating areas. The Lantern Light Inn, Chris and Ed, Sedona, altogether makes for an unforgettable experience. Do drop in.

This charming bed and breakfast exceeded my expectations. From the moment that I spoke on the phone with the innkeepers, I knew it was going to be a special experience. At one point, the innkeeper mentioned that they don’t do it for the money, but because they enjoy being innkeepers. This was truly apparent and refreshing to meet people who really do what they love in life. They were gracious hosts and staying at the bed and breakfast was a truly satisfying experience. Here are a few of the things that justify my excellent rating:
–friendly and knowledgable hosts (they not only gave us several local maps and restaurant menus, but also provided detailed verbal recommendations and insider insight)
–clean, well decorated inn and guest rooms
–plenty of beautiful common space to enjoy both indoors and outdoors
–extra touches that made us feel very welcomed (cookies waiting in our room upon arrival, delicious breakfast delivered to our door in the morning)
–reasonable rates (I compared with both hotels and bed and breakfasts in the area and they were definitely the best rate-​I could not have enough gotten a 3 star hotel for the same price)
