Last night of Martini Bar!!! Enjoying my last cocktail at the legend of a place… While the directv guy takes down the cable box at 1130pm… wtf. God love you Sedona and Martini Bar!!! It wouldn’t be perfect any other way.

Go here to dance and drink. Most locals stand around outside(why??) but those that wander in are interesting fun peeps.

This is a nice neighborhood bar. It is quite small but they have plenty of patio seating. They had very good live music on Saturday evening when we went. Service was good and although we did not sit on the patio, we observed that service was being provided to the patio area in addition to inside.

Douche-ville, and deejay doesn’t take requests. As if we’re clubbing NYC. Small and dirty: goes for the bar and bathroom. Skip it.

Came here with my brothers and while we can get down with dive bars, this place is unacceptable. The bartender was slow, unfriendly and lacked basic bartender knowledge. He didn’t know how to make a a manhattan or old fashioned. The atmosphere is dark, dingy and has a dirty feel. The music was an odd mix of stereotypical Asian restaurant music and Black Eyed Peas. We had our one drink and left. Will not return. I must also note that on this trip, the vast majority of restaurants and bars in Sedona have had poor service but this place has been the worst.

I was a little nervous after reading the other reviews, but our party of 9 had Wondeful service! The bartenders were quick, friendly, efficient and went out of their way to make sure we were happy! Awesome happy hour from 3 to 6! Would definitely recommend the Martini Bar!

Was the full moon causing poor service last night? Apparently they are finishing a remodel and the bartender mostly complained about that. The lights were not working and they did not have the liquors needed to make the specialty drinks that we had previously ordered on another visit. The half price happy hour sushi comes in large portions but it could not make up for the bartenders attitude and service.

The bartender service here was awful. He seemed more interested in chatting with his friends than actually working. I waited twenty minutes before he even noticed my martini glass was emptied. When he asked if I wanted another and I said no, he promptly blurted nine bucks. On top of that, one of the waitresses there was complaining about patrons splitting checks for everyone to hear. Never coming back to this place.

In the summer this place is awesome, outdoor seating(you can order from the chinese restaurant next door), live music, I usually come by on Fridays to watch The Eric Miller Band, they are awesome. Drinks are ok. not really a fan of martini’s, I’m more of a margarita or mojito girl but unfortunately they don’t make these types of drinks =(In the winter time the party is indoors and its way too small for live entertainment, some days it fills up pretty quickly. If you are in town and looking for a fun hangout this summer this place is great, the stay open pretty late, at least for Sedona!

Ew, methinks not. We were in search of a sexy place to sip on classy martinis. This is not that place. We were told it was. They lied. Granted, we walked in pretty early, but it’s Sunday! Sunday is God’s day and Drinking Day! There wasn’t a soul in the place, and it just looked old and dingy and unpleasant. Like that«hot» chick you’ve been dry humping all night on the dance floor when they suddenly turn on all the lights. Surprise! For that added level of class, there’s a Breathalizer on the wall which I’m sure comes with a free STD with each use. Gross. Needless to say, we did not stay for a drink.

This is my kind of bar! But I like divey bars with yummy drinks. The pom lychee martini was fabulous! And the bartender makes it better(and more alcoholic) than the ingredients. Pretty much, only go when Colin is there. He’s a talented bartender. Oh! And they had karaōke! We didn’t expect to find a place in Sedona open past 10, but they are open all night! Also, tip Colin well.

Bar is far to small. yet there is a great environment with tons of culture. Great Patio. The drinks are overpriced. $ 16 for a Saki bomb. Outrageous! Bartenders are good at what they do

Have to agree with many of the reviews, snobbish, lazy ass service. Never even got a chance to sit and try the place out. Twice when I have walked in, I was ignored and didn’t wait long to turn around and walk the F out! I don’t have much of a tolerance for a place that could care less abt my patronage. Management needs to step up their act if they want to be on the map for the long haul. Remember, Sedona rolls up the streets at 9pm so don’t expect to find too much more in this town in the way of nightlife.

Went here last time I was in Sedona… small Martini Bar, but the Martini was good while I waited for a table at the Schezwan Chinese Restaurant connected to the bar… While I was waiting the band was warming up… cute place that offers a relaxed atmosphere.

This is a cute little bar attached to a large Chinese restaurant. In fact, several of the patrons ordered food and it was delivered right into the bar — food looked amazing too! A live band played in the corner while be enjoyed a round of dirty martinis. They have a massive outdoor patio which is perfect for large«casually dressed» groups. Likely one of the better night spots that Sedona has to offer. Note: NOONE will EVER serve you! You must approach the bar to order!

Nice selection of Martinis. For a place like this that serves a Martini for $ 10, the service is horrible! Sat and waited for 15 minutes and was not even acknowledged by a server. A big dissapointment and waste of time. Ended up walking out. The«Old Sedona» accross the street was great. Friendly and prompt servers at Old Sedona and good appetizers and drinks. Good DJ music and crowd at the Old Sedona.

I really dig the Martini Bar. It’s a welcoming and pleasant space with good folk and great music. Every night of the week this place his live music, and they seem to book good acts. On Sunday night, there’s an open mic which is my scene and this one is laid back and mellow. AND it’s only 3.50 for a pint of Fat Tire, which they have ONTAP! That alone makes my heart sing. The bar itself is small, as is the stage, but that works in its favor. There’s a huge front patio with a waterfall and pond, and you can bring your drinks on this huge and beautiful patio, or you can hang out next to the heat lamp on cold nights. In the summer, the live music is out on the patio, but unfortunately ends earlier due to noise ordinances. The bouncer is a sweetheart, and I’ve found people to be friendly and amenable. You get a mixed crowd of city transplants like me, local yokels, and those visiting from in state and out of state. I’ve never had a bad conversation here or seen icky stuff go down. I have tried a few other spaces in town, and this one is my favorite due to its location, the inside/outside convenience, the live music, and cheap drinks. Go there, you’ll be into it.

I’ve attempted to have a martini in here no less than 3 times: about 1 yr ago, last summer, and last wk. Each time I think with a name like MARTINIBAR it’s gonna be GR8, fun, classy, high quality martinis. I have walked out each time. Seems to get darker & dingier each time. I think it has good potental, good area, but the vibes on walking in are just so not there, more like local hang out bar as opposed to what i think a martini bar is: usually posh, sexy, classy — this is none of those things. Just a small local watering hole. If you want a local hang-out & don’t want to dress up(ie: jeans, shorts, cap, flip-flops) then this is the place 4 u.

This is actually called MARTINIBAR, and actually is separate from the Szechuan Restaurant according to the bar manager. So, I added it to Unilocal. When I tried to find this place on my own, I drove around and around the strip mall. However, after meeting the cook at Sequel who took me around to see the local hang-outs, we did end up at Martini Bar on a Tuesday night. We parked in the lot near the szechuan restaurant, walked up to the stone court yard entrance and off to the left of the restaurant was the entrance to the bar. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a total local hang out with people contributing to the ambiance by playing their acoustic guitars and instruments, singing, using precussions, all around an information circular outdoor area. The bar tender used to be a physician in Russia. He was really great and made a killer chocolate martini(I asked him ahead of time how he made it and he just told me with a thick accent… «Trust me!». I did and it was worth it!). We hung out there for at least an hour until last call. Then, as people disbursed, one of the people drove up his Harley and they let him store it in the bar, and one of the guitar players who is a local spiritual guru/free spirit, said he wanted to give me a necklace he hand made with a heart shaped stone. He said it was a gift for bringing light and positivity to the circle. How cool is that??? So, big night scene, NO! But, really cool experience — YESYESYES!
