Such a fabulous experience! Highly recommend this for a fun outing. Date night or a ladies night. So much fun. Excellent chef instructor and small class format!!! We enjoyed a romantic anniversary dinner with a French inspired menu and had so much fun. Chef Jen is awesome!!!

Chef Jen is a fantastic teacher. The class I took was very hands on so I was able to learn a lot more than by just watching the teacher cook. Afterwards getting to eat what we cooked was an extra treat! I will definitely be back for more of her classes.

Great class, food and products We had been anxiously awaiting Chef Jen’s move to Sedona and her cooking classes as we have been a fan of her custom spice blends for quite awhile. Last week we attended her cooking class for Mardi Gras. The space she has developed has 2 large prepping stations where the group that had assembled(8 people) joined in preparing the ingredients for the evening meal. Chef Jen gave an introductory talk about Mardi Gras, local LA cooking traditions, basic food preparation safety, cleanliness, etc. She continued with her good tips while we prepared everything. She had procured fresh gulf shrimp, crawfish, pecans from her contacts down south(she was raised in MS). Jen provided written recipes for the evening’s meal: Jazzy New Orleans Chopped Salad, Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya, Me Oh My Oh Crawfish Pies’ Big Easy BBQ Shrimp, Sinful French Quarter Pecan Bread Pudding. The large communal table made for great fun eating the fabulous food we had prepared and talking with our fellow«cooks». I was impressed with Chef Jen’s presentation and organizational skills. She has a variety of classes scheduled and also does private parties. She has had extensive culinary arts training. Her place is in the Village of Oak Creek in the same strip shopping area as PJ’s just off Hwy 179 so about 20 minutes south of «downtown» Sedona. She is a welcome addition to the Sedona scene!
