After many weekends searching for the perfect rug for our living room, Big Bob’s had several rugs I liked right on hand, when I had yet to see even one I would consider at other ‘big name’ stores.
I ended up ordering a rug what was cut to my precise specifications, which came in a timely manner. Everyone there was extremely knowledge and helpful. I’m thrilled that I was able to help out a local small business.

Great selection from top of the line wool carpeting and hand cut tile to bargain flooring. We purchased our wood floors, tile and carpet from this location and were very satisfied. The turn around time is incredibly quick. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and they have a list of great installers to select from. Ask for Michelle — she is awesome! I highly recommend.

We used Big Bobs for the first time in April 2014 when we had just purchased our house. We had them do 2 bedrooms, the stairs and the living room for a total of over 1000 Sq feet. Carpet was good quality and better prices than Home Depot or lowes. We didn’t buy the top of the line carpet but It’s been a year now (with pets) and it still looks great. Great service. No issues with installation. We called them back to do the basement on Sunday and it was installed today 500 Sq feet. Of note is that the installers are sub contractors not Big Bob’s employees. They forgot two metal strips to tack down the edges. But I called Big Bob’s and they are handling it immediately. Again not Big Bob’s fault. The installers fault. But we are very pleased with this company. People are very nice. We especially liked Lincoln. Fast service. No gimmicks.

After a disastrous outing with Lowe’s, I went back to a place I had used a few years earlier, Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet. I should have gone to Bob’s first and I will next time. They have a big selection, better prices and they seem to know all sorts of things about carpets (which Lowe’d definitely did not) and they can do a job quite quickly and well. I waited three weeks for Lowe’s, finally had to cancel (and they would not refund all my money despite the fault being theirs) then Bob’s did the job two days later. I like Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet.

Terrible service, over priced second quality merchandise. Dont waste your time with this place unless you are truely looking for subpar stuff.
