SODISAPPOINTEDINTHISSTORE! I usually enjoy going into this store to browse. I went in today to find a specific book and the cashier gave me such a judging attitude! She belittled my choice in novel and didn’t have two seconds to answer me if she had seen this book come through the store. I was so embarrassed and disrespected by this lady. I will NEVERBEBACK! Just because you don’t enjoy a good fiction novel doesn’t mean you should take it out on your customers ! Never again.

I love this place. They have a great selection of used books, and they give you good trade-in value for your used books. I come here all the time, and I rarely leave empty-handed. Christine, the owner, is very nice and helpful. I always check here before I buy books anywhere else.

The customer service is terrible. My boyfriend went into the store one afternoon looking to purchase a map book. When we walked in there were 2 women standing behind the counters, they didn’t even look up at us, didn’t great us, say hello, smile, or even acknowledge us in the smallest way. When I asked if they sold map books, the response was a short, almost rude, «no», so we turned around and walked out. It was as though we were a bother to them for coming in. I don’t know if either of them were the owner, if they were, I don’t know how they’re still in business with that kind of customer service and if they’re not, the owners need to be informed of this. If I were the owner and were informed of this type of behavior, I’d be embarrassed. We will not be returning to this book store in the future.

This is a neighborhood book store. It’s cozy but with a large selection of books, well organized and a good variety. You can bring in your used books for trade value and they always have the school summer reading list. A very helpful but unobtrusive staff. Give it a try.

I love this place. I could go broke here. Last time I went, my friends and I spent close to 3 hours in this little shop and I walked out with about 20 books, paying the equivalent of maybe 7 of those. Great prices, great selection. Great rainy day«activity».

Nice little bookstore tucked away in a strip mall. I typically come here one a week or so for a new sci fi or fantasy book, they have a nice selection of classics as well. If I don’t find what I was looking for, I can still count on walking out with a couple of books to add to my mile long queue anyways. The owner seems to know every kids book author by heart, and will always try to get you what you need. Worth a visit if you are nearby!

Why has no one given a review to this place yet? I love it and have to stop myself from going back more often. This is what a used bookstore should be. You come in with gently used books, get a fair deal on store credit and/or cash, then spend an hour wandering the shelves trying to find some new ones to restock your bookshelves. This place has a good, balanced selection. I was happy to find more serious, classical fiction well represented(they had several hard to find novels by Allende and Sinclair Lewis that I was looking for). Moreover they had a lovely selection of that decadent«fluff» fiction that I crave on long plane flights(PD James, Kathy Reichs). The staff was happily discussing a recent acquisition of fantasy books with another customer so I think this really is a neighborhood type book store/swap. It is tucked away in a little strip next to a bigger shopping center but it is worth the drive.
