Pier 1 is one of those stores where you really should wait for a 20% coupon before visiting as their stuff can be pricey. However, they do have frequent sales and this location is a nice one that’s clean with friendly employees. This past month I lodged a complaint with Pier 1 Corporate because a mirror that we bought a year ago was shedding its tiles due to bad glue, and Corporate allowed me to bring it to this Pier 1 store for replacement. The employees were very cordial when I brought the mirror in and they even allowed us to exchange the mirror for one that was a little different. We couldn’t have been happier so we’ll continue to frequent this location for all our fancy Pier 1 needs.
