I took my 20 month old son here for his first hair cut today, and I am so glad I did. We got there a little after they opened and we waited for 20 minutes maybe. I wasn’t timing it because my little guy was having fun playing with the toys. This place is really cute. It was my first time at a kids hair cut place, and I decided I should try it because I’ve had nightmarish experiences with my 5 year old. He has trouble sitting still and I’ve taken him to barbers and supercuts and he’s had people mad at him and getting really nervous, and giving him awful haircuts after we were all traumatized. No clue how to deal with kids. One barber even hit him(gently, but still…), so with my little guy I just wanted a somewhat decent experience. Jennifer was terrific with him. He cried, he wiggled, he freaked. She let him stand up in front of me because he was afraid of the chair. So yes, this poor woman was squatting on the floor trying to cut my shrieking mess of a toddler’s hair. She kept giving him new toys to play with, she redirected him, and she did all of this with a smile on her face. His hair looks adorable and I will definitely bring him back there. By the way, I have no idea what this place is like after they put up with kids like mine all morning. I’m sure her smile won’t be so bright 5 hours from now, but this morning and for my son she was awesome and for that I’m grateful.

I am on the fence about giving this place either 3 or 4 stars. Reading the other reviews, especially the poor reviews, they have some valid points. The hair dressers there often seem exhausted, ragged, unsmiling, but so does my kid’s kindergarten teacher at the end of the day.(And I often feel like that after handing with my own kid for a few hours!) They really could improve their customer relations. That being said… I have taken my kid here regularly for 4 yrs. They get the job done quickly and well! I would never have the patience to try to cut my squirming kid’s hair! She barely lets me cut her fingernails! But she will sit in this pepto-bismo pink and blue kid hair mecca and let them snip away. It is definitely worth it.

Very disappointed with the professional attitude of the workers. Only one person is worth going to, I don’t know her name, by her chair is on the right when walking in. The workers seems to hate their job as cutting kids hair, very poor attitude when it is busy, always turns people away, they give you a crazy wait time so you leave, when there is like 2 people waiting. The hair cuts are okay at best and for the price is no way worth it and experience. I would rather not get my sons hair cut again then to go back to that horrible place. I love the idea of snip its, but POOR management for allow staff to have the disgusting attitude towards their job

Christine is the only person that has EVER been able to cut my sons hair. He is 8 and she has been cutting his hair since 4. HE Hated anyone and everyone till she had him in his chair. The staff have ALWAYS been courteous and super sweet to us and have even stayed open late for us. No better spot than there and no better stylist than Christine!!! I LOVEHER!

It’s a child’s haircut place. I know what your thinking old barber shoppee with airplane seat for the kids. Nope lol, regular barber chair, tv’s for kids if they are squirmy and 2 – 4 hair dressers on giving haircuts. Let’s face it kids do not like to sit still but my son is a trooper, always good for a haircut, I did feel bad for the other hairdressers who had screaming kids. Usually the wait is 20−30min but we got in and out in 20min with a great haircut! Always loud obviously it’s a bunch of kids in there. Our hairdresser was nice with pink gum ball colored hair :) didn’t catch her name. My 2.5yr old loves at the end when you pay the $ 16 he gets a free small toy from the machine. It’s a cute idea they did there! Got busy as we where leaving kinda happy we went at noon.

Went there tonight for my sons first haircut. My wife and I expected it to be something a little special. It was horrible. Neither hairdresser smiled once the whole time we were waiting there and while my son was getting his haircut. They were far from kid friendly and the haircut he got was mediocre at best. The girl working the cash register had the best personality there, what a shame. Don’t waste your time or money, the whole thing was awkward.

They are about as kid friendly as a turnip. Their haircuts are okay, but on the pricey side at $ 15 each. It would have been nice though if they had smiled or if they had actually spoken to my kids or responded to me when I tried to talk to them. I mean, we’re talking, didn’t even make eye contact with me or my kids!!! I don’t know what’s going on with their employees there, but one thing is for sure — they are utterly miserable!!!
