I frequent this location. Not a god damn thing is correct. Never, not one time. The people that work there are so rude. I’m fairly sure that every person that works there is disabled. That’s not ok.

Every time I go through the drive thru I get the meanest employees. On multiple occasions I’m left with the wrong things, no sauce when I asked for it, no napkins, and even no straws. Like come on?! And when I ask for napkins or sauce the employees always give me an attitude and just seem like their annoyed. But I’m not speaking for all employees that work there! It’s just the ones that I’ve run into! I would recommend going to a different Wendy’s. I go to Wendy’s so sparsely that every time I go back I’m reminded again of why I stopped going.

230 Friday afternoon. One word. Filthy. Front counter dirty. Most of the tables dirty. Trash overflowing My order was wrong. Missing items. George the cashier was super nice. Good service from him. Second star was for him.

It’s super quick on the go. Always hot, sometimes it takes 5−10min in line before ordering like today but food comes out pretty quick after and hot. My favorite is the potato with broccoli/cheese, #1 with a coke and chicken nuggets is a big hit with my 2yr old. I’ve pretty much have had it all off Wendy’s menu. Their new thing is the pulled pork sandwich which they have you choose from 3 different BBQ sauces to top it off. Go with the sweet it’s a nice bit with the crunchy coleslaw. Let me say I hate coleslaw and I actually like their tangy style, it has crunch and not overly dressed! At least 3 out 5 times the fries are super overly salted but what are you going to do it’s fast food. You can also make any drink you wish. They can pair anything with coke just ask.

It’s fast food, but it’s not your McDonald’s or BK! I think the food here is much better than your average chain. It’s a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

This has been my first time going to this Wendy’s and I ordered a number 7 chicken sandwich combo with fries and soda, the only thing that was great was the fries and the soda, I enjoyed my cherry flavor sprite. It’s cool that there’s so many flavors to choose from for soda. I wasn’t very happy with the chicken sandwich it taste like they hardly cooked it. I prefer the Wendy’s in Coventry, don’t expect me to go to this crap Wendy’s in Seekonk again. Also, the lady that works there, speaks broken English was more worried my eyeliner dripping down my face, she needs to worry about paying attention to her customers I don’t care about that

mixed berry lemonade is a must. I go a few times a week just for it! Also the size is much larger and sweeter than the one I get near work. The food is what it is fast food, burger type joint no need to mention it, I’m sure you know what fast food taste like.

We stopped by the Wendys drive-thru last week for a quick bite. We tried a ½ pounder with cheese and their new crispy chicken avocado sandwich. Both were piping hot and full of flavor! The service was fast and friendly, we’ll be back.

Never have I experienced more poor customer service at a fast food chain than I have at this this Wendy’s location. I stop by this location from time to time under various circumstances: 1. It 1:30 am, I’m starving, and the thought of drunkenly making a sandwich or frozen chicken and fries is too much to bear. 2. I have a coupon of some sort. 3. It’s an awkward time between lunch and dinner, but food is so far away that I need a small snack to get me through. 4. There the rare occasion I actually want to try something here, like the newer-ish sea salt fries. It was #3 and #4 that brought me here recently. Deciding to go through the drive-thru, I pulled up to the menu. Before I could even stop my car and begin glancing over my choices, the crackly voice asks«Can I help you?». I utter an «umm» and before I can even get out a «one second!», I’m met with an annoyed and even louder«Uhhh, can I help you??» Well.…excuse me for not having your menu memorized and quickly spouting out my order to your standards. It takes more than a few seconds to even locate the value menu, nevermind decide on what I’ll be eating with my fries. It’s not like it was a busy lunch hour with a long line.. . I was the only car there! Perturbed, I drove up to the first window to pay. As I approached the second window to pick up my food, a hand juts out holding my bag of food. Mind you, I’m just leaving the first window. I’m sorry.. . do you want me to take your arm off as I drive my car into it? As soon as I grab my food blowing in the wind, the arm disappears back through the window. Thankfully, I didn’t need any extra napkins or dipping sauces or I would have had to wait, awkwardly distant from the window, for someone to notice me and ask if I needed anything else. I understand that fast food is not designed to be an all-over gourmet experience, but basic customer service is something I expect. I don’t appreciate being treated as a nuisance, as if the staff doesn’t have the time of day to be bothered with my order.

This store is not convenient like a fast food store should be. The parking lot is difficult to get into, scary even, with people driving 50 mph straight at you… good luck taking a left out of the lot! I honestly think that the old guy in the picture would move faster than the people working there. I went there for a late lunch, around 230 and it tasted like the burger was made for someone at 130. I brought the burger back(one of their New Chicken Deals) and asked for one that was fresh and i had to wait 7 min. for it to cook. I wonder how many people were gonna get the nasty chicken before they cooked some more? I’m glad I didn’t go through the drive through. At least I got all the free soda refills while i waited.

The boys at work are hungry. Ravenous, even. So I hop in the jalop and take the drive down to Wendy’s. Young woman at the mike takes my order: five Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers, five fries. I pay, get the bag of food, and get back to the office. No bacon. Not on ANY of the sandwiches. I call Wendy’s and ask for the manager. I tell him what happened and he offers to replace the sandwiches. «They’re eaten,» I tell him. «I’d just appreciate it if you ask your people to pay attention to customers’ orders.» He thanks me for calling, and apologizes. Next week the boys at work are hungry. Ravenous, even. Does this begin to sound familiar? Yep, you’re right… no bacon this time. And you know what? I’m not particularly interested in going back to this Wendy’s. It’s a small thing, really, but to screw up 10 sandwiches in 8 days’ time — hey, how many OTHER people got hosed? No thanks.
