I know it’s a taco bell but my expectations are pretty low to begin with. I stopped by for a chicken quesadilla after a long day of work. I pulled into the drive-thru which is always busy. I ordered my quesadilla and moved forward. I then sat for over 15 minutes boxed in between cars at the drive-thru. I have no idea what was happening but there seemed to be a stop to the service. After I finally got to the window the girl seemed flustered and was overly apologetic(I just wanted my quesadilla so I could go home). I paid, grabbed my bag, and drove home. When I got home and sat to eat I realized I received the wrong order. Not sure how you can mix that up after an obnoxiously long wait. This location needs to get their act together.

This is a super busy location expecially at lunchtime. Sometimes the drive thru line will wrap around to the best buy parking lot over there. I like that the staff is always friendly, and they do their best to keep up with the traffic. I’ve never had a bad order, I’ve never had things missing from my order, and I’ve never had issues with payments or receipts. I really don’t have anything terrible to say about this location, except that when I graduate school it won’t be as close as I’d like lol. BTW I’m a fire sauce kind of girl.

Love Taco Bell the food is usually correct and the workers are usually friendly. Occasionally they’ll get my order wrong but are always happy to fix it. I don’t eat here a lot but when I do I am satisfied.

I am vegetarian and ask for substituted beans on my orders, and something is ALWAYS wrong. I decided to pick up dinner from here last night. Went through the drive though. Order was wrong. Went back in to ask for my food to have beans instead of meat. The front counter boy seemed confused. So I asked for the manager to help me instead. His name is Jimmy. Short and dark haired man with a seriously nasty attitude. He had me explain exactly what was wrong with my order as he picked through it at the front counter. I felt very uncomfortable. He went to the assembly line to remake my order. While he did, the counter boy then tells me that I will have to take the messed up order and do something with it. Because of contamination… Which makes no sense, after Jimmy just went through all the food and tore it apart… Again, I felt extremely uncomfortable. I just wanted my order made correctly, I was not rude or nasty. It seems more like everyone there hates their jobs. Jimmy remade my order and said everything should be fine with it now. He asked if I would take my wrong made order and dispose of it as well. I left it on the counter. I dont understand why I need to dispose of a wrong order that someone else just stuck their fingers in. So i get home and I guess Jimmy decided that he really wanted to fuck up my order. I am in such disbelief and disgusted. 3 hard tacos were given back to me with just beans and cheese… absolutely no lettuce. My crunchwrap had about double the normal portion of beans, and absolutely no nacho cheese. It was horrible. No flavor. I couldn’t eat it. And the cheese casadia he remade(cause they gave me chicken originally) was now half cooked the cheese was not melted. I will not be returning to this location, even though is it very convenient to go to for me. I will now drive completely out of my way for some TB from another location thanks to the manager Jimmy. Thank you Jimmy for making me feel bad, and like I completely wasted my hard earned money.

Decent place at least one thing is always messed up and the speaker at the Takeout window is always blurry you repeat your order twice or more. Food is always hot tho if you need something super quick!

Taco Bell is good for that quick fix every once in a blue moon! The customer service is good… only problem I have is the way they make the XXL burrito. The ingredients aren’t evenly distributed which really sucks. Otherwise no complaints.

As a broad-minded citizen of the world, I one day decided to branch out into the realm of Mexican food, or as they call it, «comida.» I asked a local clerk where the best Mexican fare is located, and he suggested this establishment, conveniently located right next to every store that has ever existed. I settled on the Crunchwrap Supreme, a recipe that, I was told by the cashier, was handed down through twelve generations of Mexican field workers. It was delicious. Their authentic sauce comes in three varieties, and in the authentic Mexican tradition, some of their products even feature Fritos! I would definitely go there again, perhaps for one of their chalupas next time.

I’m not sure what other taco bells are like but I’ve been served by 4 or 5 different employees here and they have all been wicked nice and friendly. Standard Taco Bell fare– kinda hard to mess that up, but the excellent service keeps me coming back. Keep it up guys!

I love Taco Bell. There, I said it. Don’t lecture me on nutrition and quality or anything else like that because when I want a quick taco fix this is my poison. The employees are friendly, the place is clean, and they always get my order right. I’m docking them a star because it would be nice if they changed over to the new Taco Bell design like in Attleboro, and they only offer one sugar-free soda(Diet Pepsi). All in all though, this Taco Bell rocks!

I don’t know what the deal is with this place, but it is better than any other Taco Bell I’ve been to. They never screw up your order and everything is made somehow better than other locations. Shit’s ON POlNT.

There’s not much to say about this place. I’ve only ever used the drive-thru and they’ve never screwed up my order and everything has always been the standard fare… so hooray for that I suppose?

As I had only really gotten into Taco Bell during my college years away from home, it was not a surprise to me that I had not visited this particular location yet, closer to my stomping grounds. But as chance would have it, I was shopping with my brother in the plaza this branch was located in when hunger overtook us. In we pulled the car, and quickly dodged the raindrops into this restaurant. Let me start off by saying, I have never seen so many Spanish people in a Taco Bell before. I am in no way being racist, but I figure there are several other places to get better, more authentic tasting Mexican food than this Seekonk Taco Bell. Perhaps I am just jaded by the fact that the Taco Bell in Dartmouth, MA(my usual stop) is filled with local college students of the area. The interior itself is relatively small.. . along with the furniture. My brother and I found ourselves at a table just big enough to fit our 2 trays exactly, and chairs that barely fit our bottoms. People must have been smaller when the restaurant first opened.. . either that or they grew immensely in size from eating their food. My chicken quesadilla was just as good as it always is and my brother’s taco’s just as messy as ever.
