CVS Pharmacy

The slowest drive through I have ever been to with CVS. I left as I couldn’t wait as long as it was taking. I will cancel my scrip and have it filled some place else.

Just like any other CVS. Huge inventory, bright lights, everything on sale. However, the pharmacy staff at this location seems far superior than other chain pharmacies I’ve had to use in the past. The tech who waited on me during my last visit quickly price my meds, address my concerns, and was overall fabulous.

Well the customer service from the staff is getting worse longer wait times seems like it takes forever from the time it takes to get your medicine filled and pick it up. One acts like he owns the place coming in and bends down towards the work stand area. I believe the way he was talking it’s the same person who gave me troubles last time about not having medical insurance that pays for my medicine that I need to help my health get better.
When I was there about 10 minutes ago a customer came in and got all around next to me in the next work station over listening to all my personal information cause I had to give the lady my new insurance card for their record she wouldn’t even say anything to the guy or have him back up so my information wouldn’t be all over creation but she didn’t say nothing to the guy.
I wish they had a sign put up some where that says please do NOT stand by the customer ahead of you when that person is getting served due to HIPPA laws. I for one can NOT stand when someone has to be all next to you invading your personal bubble space it’s rude if you ask me.
Please CVS if you read our reviews on your business please work on this issue.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. Wait times are long for prescriptions. I have been going to this cvs for 4 years but I’ve had enough. The pharmacists are clearly overwhelmed and looks like cvs does not want to pay for the help that is needed at this store. It is a busy pharmacy and not enough people working. I have also seen si many people come and go, the turnover is very high, probably because it’s a high pressure job. Feel bad for the employees because they are not just sitting around, but because they always seem new they are somewhat slow and never seem to know what’s going on. I have been told several times that a prescription will be ready at a certain time only to show up and been told they are out of the medication and don’t know when they will have it or that it’s not ready. They don’t bother to call another cvs either, that’s your problem. If you ever need something that is labeled as a «controlled substance» they will treat you like a meth dealer coming on for your fix. Going to switch to another pharmacy.
