I have used them on two different occasions. Once I used them for 5 years and and currently on I’m on my 4th year. I have tried public storage (my unit was actually broken into) and other places. Metro is the best. The rates are fair, the property is clean and safe, Kimberly is awesome in the office. I have been late a few times over the years due to battling an illness and being in the hospital and they were very nice about everything never rude or harassing like other places can be.

Seffner, FL
Using Metro Self Storage in Seffner was great. I was searcing online for quotes and was contacted within 10 minutes of requesting information online by Kimberly from the Seffner location. Working with Kimberly was great. She was very friendly and processed the transaction efficiently. The facilities were clean and had new doors on all the units. I would assume that most storage places are the same, but people like Kimberly make the difference. I would definitely recommend Metro Self Storage in Seffner if you have storage needs.
