Lynette made me this morning. A much better experience here this morning than yesterday afternoon.

Friendly service, cute décor, clean and welcoming! Went in during a busy morning rush and we still got our drinks quickly. Exactly how a Starbucks should be.

I walked in stopping in from out of town. Ordered a caramel macchiato iced. Usually the Starbucks I’ve frequented in the past will put whipped cream on top. So apparently this was problem! The guy who made the drink asked me if I asked for it at the register. I said no bc I’m used to it already being there. He said well it doesn’t come with it. I said okay but i usually have it. He said again did you ask for it before hand? I said no and can you please stop arguing with me and add it? He looked at his co-worker and said you handle her… Then walked off! Seriously dude?!? You shouldn’t be in customer service if you can’t handle a simple request for WHIPPEDCREAM!!! Jeez!

Thank you Tyler for not only replenishing the coffee I spilled all over my car but you helped me clean, brought me a new one and all with a smile. AMAZING!

This is one of the nicest and cleanest Starbucks! It is now my break point along I-10 — bypassing the Buc-ees’ craziness. Spacious and varied seating inside and outside, fast wifi and clean potties. The Ladies restroom is a 2-stall, unlike most other Starbucks you may find with only one seat. The baristas are also friendly, and they don’t skimp on the drinks. A very pleasant Starbucks stop to rest and restore.

Beautiful store and very friendly staff. The only reason I give them a 4 is not once did they ask if I wanted something else and I had to interrupt every time I got a new total after ordering more items. So over all great service just a little too rushed.

Unilocal says this location closes at 11. Drove up and my phone said 959 and the kid(right at 10) says oh sorry we’re closed at 10, you just missed it. Wow. This Starbucks is just going down the hole. Hire out of town and not local maybe people will start enjoying places with unfamiliar faces.

Absolutely horrible service! Will not stop here ever again. Plenty of workers behind the counter none of them working. It was not busy when we were there, however it still took five minutes to take our order and then still screwed it up. Definitely the worst service ever. I thought we were on hidden camera joke because it was that bad. I saw 5 people walk out before they ever ordered. Ridiculous.

Oasis between Houston and San Antonio. Thanks be to the coffee gods! Macchiatos and a latte all up to par and the best chocolate croissant I’ve had at any Starbucks-warm, flaky, with the chocolate just the right consistency. New staff on the register was a bit slow but very friendly and helpful.

What a disappointment. I’ve waited for a Starbucks in Seguin since I moved here 17 years ago. Finally tried this new one out tonight and in the drive through they got my order wrong but quickly fixed it. That wasn’t the problem. The Frappachino and Latte tastes like they were watered down! Absolutely no flavor. I’ve never had a Starbucks drink that didn’t taste great before. In hindsight I should’ve driven back and returned them but I had been traveling and just wanted to get home. What a waste of ten bucks. :(

Clean, shiny, and new store right off 1 – 10 at the Hwy 123 and FM78 exit. I haven’t been to a Starbucks in about 7 years. This new store is the only upscale coffee shop outside of downtown and is conveniently located behind a Chiles, and in front of two hotels. I went through the drive though, but I could see inside the store, and it was clean, sleek, and modern. The employees were friendly and professional. I tried their house blend, which I found to be very strong, but bitter and acidic. There was a lingering taste on my pallet for 30 minutes. I’ll bet the lattes taste great. I’ve had some good experiences with Starbucks ground coffee from the store, especially their Verona blends and their French and Italian roasts. I do run them through my Keurig single cup maker with a my K-cup refillable cup. That machine brews an excellent cup, but usually just the darker roasts(French and Italian) come out smooth. There is a local coffee shop in downtown with the local art, musicians, and quirkiness, but when I’m near the interstate, I’ll come here. Drinks: — house blend drip coffee $ 1.49(bitter, strong, and acidic) 2 stars. Drips: — new store with fast drive though — friendly employees — nice outdoor seating under covered patio — seasonal lattes

I’ve seen this Starbucks bring built this summer when baking my move to San Antonio. These new Starbucks are very nice and I like how they’re all not the same in design and décor.
