Horrible. I had remote start installed and upon arrival for my appointment, the owner told me «I shouldn’t have even told you to come in today, I’m swamped.» Very comforting. Two months later the key pad did not work to lock and unlock my car any more. It only worked to set the alarm. And not to mention I could not lock the doors from the inside either. In order to lock my car I had to manually lock each door. When I finally had the chance to bring my car in for service, they gave me a problem for not having a receipt… although I did not receive one after the installation was complete. But nonetheless, it is the 21st century, how is there now digital record? I now have to bring my car back to the dealership to be repaired. Overall, VERY disappointed with the service.

I got an amazing deal here and they did great work. They quoted me out a system with install and I did some research, they were $ 200 less than anywhere else. The install was flawless. For my first system I couldn’t have been happier. My ear drums hurt now :)

Never trust a small business that refuses to give refunds… that is lesson number 1 and a warning to people out there looking to be taken advantage of. My gf paid $ 400 for an autostart… which is super over priced… don’t you agree? Then we finally get an appointment to have it installed, 3 weeks after calling. After dropping off the car at 930 this morning, she called at 2pm, to see if my car was finished and found out 2 installers didn’t make it to work today and there were 27 cars ahead of mine! My Jeep sat there for almost 5 hours while people who made appointments much after mine were serviced first. This is what you should expect from this place. They had her money and didn’t care to make good on their end of the deal and complete the installation as promised. Mike, the owner told her she could leave my car there over the weekend??? WTF! The people getting higher end installations were being worked on right away but since we were stuck and they already had our money, we were forced to wait. Needless to say after back and fourth phone calls and hours of aggravation he agreed to complete the job today. Save yourself the hassle and aggravation… go somewhere else and while you are at it, you will save a few bucks too.

This place is a ripoff. They tried selling me a cheap quality LED bulb for $ 20 when it should really be just a few dollars and then on top of that wanted to charge an additional $ 45 just to install it… which would’ve taken 2 minutes(It was a center brake light replacement). There are better places out there.

I haven’t had any stereo or remote car starter installation work from Jazz, so this review is strictly for window tinting and general service. I brought my car here 2 or 3 years ago to get my windows tinted. They did such a fantastic job and I have not had any peeling or bubbling whatsoever. My BF brought his car to Jazz this weekend to get tints. It was a rainy and humid day, which caused a water bubble in the back window. They said to wait for it to dry and then smooth it out with a credit card and it worked. It took under 3 hours. They did another great job and the car looks awesome. They will work with you with the payment. The people at the shop are really nice… a little pushy with trying to sell a remote car starter, but they truly are professional and do a great job. There is also a lifetime warranty as long as you save the receipt.
