Worst yogurt experience. 1. Was not greeted. 2. Employee didn’t look like she worked there. 3. She was on the phone while she was checking people out. 4. Still on the phone when they left. 5. Used cup was stacked in with the new cups. 6. Yogurt was not smooth and looked like a frosty. All 3 flavors would melt right away once it hit the cup. 7. I just left.

The yogurt didn’t taste good at all. I got chocolate frozen yogurts and it tasted like strawberry. But I gotta say the prices weren’t bad.

this is a typical Red Mango self-serve location with 8 – 10 flavors and dozens of toppings both healthy and indecent. I’d normally go with 4 or 5 stars; the server however was stunningly crazy. It’s hard to describe what happened, but seemingly out of nowhere the young lady started loudly telling me about how the other customers smelled«like horses» and that they were making the whole place smell like horses, and after ringing me up, she started spraying disinfectant spray into the air, even behind the counter. Seems to me like disinfectant spray can get into the toppings. Not so keen. This is what I could call a «problem with the staff».

Very good service, although seating could have been more plentiful for a store this size.

Eternally weary of the self-serve-without-real-time-weight/price-updates model, I always go lighter than I should when redeeming the dough RM loads onto my loyalty card. The woman running the place was friendly and efficient. That said, the flavors that weren’t empty here were satisfying and refreshing(though the peanut butter seemed to overpower them all). FYI: Google Maps seems to thinks it’s already Coram here.
