I absolutely use to love this nail salon and still do but the only reason why I will need to find another one is because of my eyebrows. Recently they added a new tech for eyebrows and she has messed them up twice now. The first time I complained about it and I had to wait 4 weeks to come back to Catherine and have them fixed. And every time after that they keep trying to push the new lady on me. I’m not sure why Catherine is no longer the one doing them but I’m very picky about who touches my eyebrows and unfortunately will have to find some place else to go.

Walked in, friendly greeting right away! Tommy was a joy! Very confident, knowledgeable, knew exactly what to do and s great sense of humor! Great prices, clean store and genuinely nice people! This is my spot now!

This salon was a joy. The staff were very knowledgable and professional. Tommy did my nails. I came for a fill and was very pleased with the results. They offered wine and water while we waited. My friend had her tips colored. They told us how important it was to get a fill rather then having new nails. I was impressed with their desire to please and the cost was reasonable. My fill was $ 20 and tip color change was $ 25. I will be back again.

I rarely gee 5 darts on nail salons because I am very picky about customer service and the interaction with the worker. I came in today with the assumption it was going to be a blasé mani/​pedi and didn’t have high hopes but Kevin was absolutely amazing. He has been the first worker that I could hold an actual conversation with and his work showed that he really cared. He showed great attention to detail and really cared what I thought about the job he was doing. Price was to be expected because I got shellac toes and fingers. I will definitely be coming back for the rest of the time I’m in the states!

Had a gift card and was leery about going to a new place. I called and got a quick appointment with Kevin. Never had a guy do my pedi before so I was a little unsure. He did a fantastic job and was very social and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely recommend using him to anyone else.

I’ve gone to a few salons since being in San ANtonio and this one is by far the most reasonably priced. They were very nice and not too busy. This is also one of the first places that I could have a legit conversation with the person doing my nails. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I’ve always had great service here. Everyone is always very friendly and they do a great job as well. I have consistently gotten great pedi’s from them. No complaints here! Keep up the good work.

Won’t be going here again. The lady who did my nails just a week ago got up SO MANY TIMES to do to the back… or grab items she didn’t have. On top of that she was sick so she was constantly blowing her nose. She also grabbed some glass jar out of her drawer with a green liquid in it and stuck the jar up her nose?! I have gotten my nails done mannnnnnny times. This was my first time coming here and I’m pretty sure I knew more than her on how to do my nails. She cut so many corners and I had to direct her several times to remove dried glue and hardened acrylic from all around and under my nails. She put the nail polish on so thick there was bubbles all over. Not impressed. Won’t return.

I wasn’t impressed. The guy who did my pedi talked about partying the whole time… which is fine, but I was wanting my eyebrows waxed and a shellac polish mani and they pretty much pushed me out the door after my pedi.

My friend and I came here for mani/pedi’s and not only had great service but a great time as well. Tommy and the other gentleman that helped us were really personable and did great jobs! We will both be returning in 2 weeks for our fills!

Just okay –
the prices are very reasonable and there is a convenient location at the Forum
However, I am less than impressed with my manicure — you honestly can’t tell I even got one and my nails are still a little jagged. The man who did it left marks on my nails from where he use the little square thing to «smooth» out my nails — i like to get a buff and shine and it was a little painful the way that he did it.
