It took 14 minutes to check out just now. 14 minutes!!! Both of the red shirts today, which didn’t have name tags, were grumpy and never smiled once. The balloon guy was a creep. Blew the balloon up in our face and then in busted and he didn’t even apologize. Not friendly or interacting at all. Food was good and waiter was great, but in the time I had to wait in line I heard two other people have cold food& a long wait to sit down.

The hostess was too busy on her phone to seat people. The customer behind me said that the hostess position has been left empty quite a bit over the past couple months(since new management). The server was friendly and efficient and the food was good, but it took a long time to get it to the table. While waiting for food, my table was approached by a guy selling balloon animals. It was baited as free until he provided a list of things he could make, which contained dollar values assigned to each item(from $ 1-$ 5). The manager has a bluetooth device in his ear while helping customers. That seems unprofessional, but might be the norm for this store.

Great take out for the build your own omelet. Always gets it right. While the place is beat up, look for giant tears in the seat cushions before sitting, overall they keep it clean. The staff have always been friendly and attentive. Overall I like the IHOP, they just need to provide a budget for fixing the apolstery so you don’t get sucked in.

All over a pretty terrible experience. After a 30 – 45 minute wait we were seated. My husband was served a ham and cheese omelette when he ordered a country omelette. The waitress just gave it to him not even apologizing or offering to get him the right one. I took a bite out if my hash browns and looked down and noticed it was placed on chocolate syrup… I get IHOP is not known for fine dining but this was ridiculous…

Went in for breakfest this morning and our party of 3 were seated immediately. There were some open tables at about 9:30am. Our waitress gave us the menus and took our drink order. She can back within 2 minutes and asked for our order. We asked for more time and she left. After about 10 minutes I had to flag her down to place an order. She then informed us that she could take the order but could not put in the ticket because there were too many orders in at that time. She apologized but we left. I asked the hostess for a comment card and she didn’t have any. I asked for the corporate number and the managers name. She wrote it down and gave it to me. I did inform her of the situation and all I heard was she was sorry. After leaving and calling the number she gave me it was to a medical device company. There is no excuse for this type of service. The manager/owner must not care that is happening at this location. My recommendation for this establishment is to stay far away.

Unacceptable. We came in on a Sunday morning after Halloween. The host informed us that they«only had three cooks» and were not going to seat anyone else since they needed to give them time to catch up. It was very disappointing seeing plenty of tables open and the head waitress Heather urging the young man to not seat anyone. This was not handled in the best way. Many of people came and left(about 8 – 12 parties) because of the refusal to sit. Not only that we had been sitting 20 minutes and all the new people that were coming in were told the wait was going to be another 30 minutes. I understand they had a shortage in cooks, but if a competent manager, they would have aided the problem and not make it worse.

This morning one of my close friends and I had breakfast at this I-Hop. The food and service were excellent. We were totally shocked when our bill was rung up at the register after we had finished our meal. This I-Hop has added a new line item to be filled in by the customer if they would like. Directly under the line for a tip, is a new line item for«Charitable Contributions»! This is OUTRAGEOUS! Not only do you not know who the contribution is for, but you can’t be sure it will even be forwarded to a charity. Direct solicitation, unbelievable! The company should take a second look at this practice. As a customer I can say I don’t appreciate this practice and I will not return. Beware people, check your receipt before you pay!

The WORST! One of our party waited 35 minutes for her food, which was then boxed to-go, and we were given barely a by-your-leave by the manager. Then, when another member of our party asked the employee at the register about the senior discount, she loudly told a co-worker that the«old man» was asking about a discount. She was replaced by a surly and zoftig lovely who, when asked if any employees received customer service training, became indignant and served-up more attitude than our waitress did food. There’s a reason the place was mostly-empty at dinner time on a Friday night… absolutely horrible! Oh… I would’ve given no stars, but Unilocal won’t let me…

Disgusting! Zero stars! Dirty carpet; dirty booths; dirty tables; dirty vents; crickets everywhere. Bad service, food took forever @ 11:30pm with hardly any customers. Food was wrong; patty melt had no onions one piece of cheese not melted; dry cold patty; one soggy piece of bread; one so hard you couldn’t bite it; asked for no mayo got mayo anyway; pancakes were cold and tough; could barely cut with a knife; hot chocolate was like water, weak and too full making a mess everywhere; asked for chocolate syrup to give a more flavor, was cold before she brought it. Asked to speak to a manager, waited 10 minutes so got up and left.

Only giving one star because I can’t give less and leave a review. Don’t walk away from this IHop RUN! Worse IHop I have ever been to. This review is way overdue but went for the first time winter of 2014 and waited an hour for a waffle that came out burnt! Multiple things wrong but that was the nail in the coffin! Emailed corporate and they had the manager call me and apologize for our experience. He insisted we give them another chance. We agreed and went back. We were sat down and after 5 – 10 minutes a waitress came by and said she was not our waitress but would take our drink order. I ordered coffee and when it came I asked for a spoon to to stir the sugar in my coffee. I was told they didn’t have any clean ones but would bring me one as soon as they did. After 20 minutes still no spoon! We weren’t going to wait anymore. We left without a word. NEVERAGAIN! I have been to plenty of IHops and they have usually been okay. Never amazing, but for bacon and eggs I wasn’t expecting 5 star cuisine! But this place was terrible!

Normally I use Unilocal before going someplace. Figured enough police cars must be good. I was wrong. Arrived at 6:30AM and have never had this poor of service in an IHOP. Mediocre food and poor service are my reminders always check Unilocal first. The reviews are right. I was better off with gas station food.

Wow second bad review for this place… I walked in on a Monday at 9:35am. The only acknowledgement was the greeter. We sat and waited and waited and nothing… first time I ever had to walk out of a restaurant. Don’t waste you time like me.

Went to this location twice this week. I have to say service was ok. The food is not bad. It did take quite a while to come out by this time we were starving. The waitress Mackenzi bright our order out and then asked us if our food taste good. I looked up at here with a weird look because we haven’t even taken one bite. It was just awkward. This store needs a good cleaning and update. The seats are ripped stains galore. Walls are looking its color from all the wear and tear from all the people that visit this restaurant. The bathrooms need a major update. Locks are broken, faucets are broken needs a good general cleaning. Staff lacks the training in customer service. It’s not hard to put a smile on and say hello. I have visited many Ihops and this is the bottom of my list.

Mmm nothing like a New Years Morning IHOP breakfast! I love that they have something for everyone. My lil one get the ‘silver 5′ and it comes with 5 small pancakes, scrambled eggs and a piece of sausage or bacon. My boyfriend got the chicken fried steak and pancakes, hashbrowns, eggs and bacon(obviously losing weight is not his New Years resolution lol) and I went a healthier route… The Simple and Fit Omelet… It was AMAAASZINNNG! Egg substitute, mushrooms, onions and spinach. They sided this with a small bowl of mixed fruit like grapes, pineapple chunks etc. I loved it! The service is always hit or miss at every IHOP I’ve gone too. It’s either amazing or terrible so I can’t really say much about the waitstaff besides that-cross your fingers as you walk in.

BIG F****N ROACHES! It had to have been a veteran resident of IHOP because this thing feared no man. Think I even saw its eyes glow like a scene from Riddick. Typical IHOP but I cannot express how damn large this roach was crawling everywhere. Then it led me to think if it had friends in the kitchen… Many friends… behind the fridge… under the oven… Maybe even in the pancake batter? See what I mean? Roaches. Creepshow style roaches.
