This location is horrible. I own and run a business so I like to order my supplies online and pick it up. You’d think that would be the fastest thing right? Wrong! Every single time I make an online order to pick up here, not only do they take FOREVER t give you service, but they ALWAYS loose my order. The last time I was in here to pick up labels I got home 40 mins out to find 5 packs of «hello my name is» labels. Now I’ve ordered some cards to pick up and the line is pulled high with one chick at the printer center and now I’m finally at the front oh whoops! Looks like they can’t find my order for the billionth time. I really wish there was another office supply store worth a crap in this area.

This is where I come for all my business printing needs. They always do a great job and are attentive to detail. My only complaint is they are extremely understaffed in the print center. Every time I come there is only 1 employee back there doing everything. They answer calls, work on multiple projects, and assist customers. I really feel bad for them. I hope someone reads this and staffs their employees better. It’s not fair for the employee, or the customer. The customers get mad because it takes a long time, but it’s not their fault. They do the best they can being ONE person. Management needs to staff better.

Worst customer service EVER. Very unhelpful throughout the store. Most people would at least pretend to try and help, — not here. They are understaffed and the staff that is here is too busy doing what they have deemed more important than helping their customers.

I just submitted a print order online to be picked up in store. My online receipt was for just under $ 9. When we got to the store to pick up the prints they DOUBLED the price. I was flabbergasted! When I asked about it they said that they didn’t control the online price and would not honer it. Only after we were ready to walk out of the store did they gave us the price that we were originally quoted.
I will NEVER order prints at Office Max again! Talk about a bate and switch!

It would be ok if their shelves were filled a little better. They often run out of printer ink – my main source for purchases. Some of their shelves also need a little better organization – they displays don’t line up with available boxed items for purchase. They seem to have enough employees to ask you if you’re finding everything you need – every 3 – 5 minutes. Gets old pretty quick especially when it’s the same sales person asking. They’re prices are a little high for things like paper, pens, etc. They do occasionally have a decent sale but you need to check their sales ad.
