The chocolate chip pizza and dessert pizza was amazing we stopped in Raleigh after special Olympics summer state games from volleyball and they were good.

As my co-worker pointed out this afternoon: This pizza is one notch above frozen. That should sum up what’s in store for you here.

The buffet is kept full of pizzas and pasta. The pizza is average, nothing special but good. The dessert pizza is really good. The salad bar is always stocked with fresh vegetables.

Uh oh. I don’t like to rag on a place too hard when I can tell Terry are at least trying but this place needs some work. They might want to start by tearing this place down and getting a new building because this one is old and musty. I took a look at the buffet and decided it best I just get something off of the menu. My sandwich was OK. Nothing to write home about.

Just finished lunch and it was exactly what I expected. Fond memories of eating here on our way home from vacation. Wait staff was great. Kept us in clean plates and refills as needed. Enjoyed having a pizza request when I asked for one and went home full! Thank you Selma Pizza Inn!

So it’s been a year since my last review and not a lot has changed. If you are a pizza connoisseur, skip this place. it’s perfect for that after-game team meal or a Cub Scout party or a kids’ birthday. it’s cheap and quick if you’re passing through, but they just don’t bring out the food quick/often enough for this type buffet. Or they have too much pepperoni and not any sausage offerings out on the buffet.

A usual family favorite, this was horrid at the very least. No adult supervision was present while the«off for the summer» help was running the show. Ends and pieces prevailed as we waited for nearly ten minutes for HOT new arrivals to land on luke warm service stations. After a bit the replacements arrived to be devoured by those waiting in anxious impatience. The spaghetti was from Chef Boyardee and cold. Dishes for my family of five accumulated to a height of about a foot going unnoticed by our not so busy server. The bathrooms were disgusting and I watched our server scoop a cup through the ice machine which is a health dept no-no. As we left our feast we noted with delight the sign stating they have been doing this for twenty years; which is likely why you can’t find a Pizza Inn anywhere. Our twelve year old said it best when she said even CiCi’s does it better.
