This place is the worst! I ordered a couch, was told it would take 6 – 8 weeks to be ready, and then when I called, they said it would be ready WAY after that with the excuse that it was a «custom order» even though there was nothing truly custom about it, we just picked fabric out of the book they provided. They then called me to tell me it would be ready within the timeframe they originally said, but when it was delivered, we find out it’s the wrong color! We ordered a blue couch, but the man we ordered it with didn’t know that«cerulean» means blue, and ordered«water lily» instead. Now we have to wait while they order ANOTHER couch, in the right color. They offered to let us keep the green couch until we can switch, but honestly this shouldn’t have happened in the first place, and now I’m wondering if they will try and sell this green couch, which will have had our butts on it for 6 – 8 weeks, as a new couch! Paid for some tables but they never showed up. Had no problem getting my money back and management followed up with me to make sure such incidences wouldn’t happen in the future… they are a reputable business and i will do business again

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. HORRIBLESERVICE. I am still waiting on a piece to my couch I ordered in the beginning of December. It is now the beginning of April. They did say the couch was going to take 45 –60 days to arrive. But did NOT tell me that I would have to put 25% down in the beginning. Then if I decided to return the pieces in case they don’t fit or I am guessing have issues like I am that it will be a 25% restocking fee. I am guessing it is high because so many people have had issues. It arrived a few days prior to 60 days. Apparently the furniture ships from Vietnam? They have messed up so many times. My couch came and one of the end side arm chairs was the opposite one a Left arm chair instead of the Right arm chair. Plus two cushions had shaving like marks on them. I asked those to be replaced So he said it would take an additional 30 days to give me that piece well that was February 3rd. I talked to a guy who said they would have the lady who does the service tickets call me. Did she nope! Then he said he would call back he did not. I gave them a week so I called explained everything and that I needed a call back still nothing. So finally the guy calls me a week later. We have your piece now when can we deliver it? As soon as possible I said. I then asked for a discount since my couch didn’t come«brand new» and missing a piece. He said he would talk to his manager and call me back. He called me back that same day. And said his manager could give me a little more than half of what that piece would cost and that they can put it back on our financing I said NO put it back on my card the one I had to put the 25% down on that you didn’t tell me about. I figured that was all I was going to get so I took it. Oh then I asked if my 2 back cushions were ordered he said looks like only 1 was I said well you better add the other one then. Oh but what happened he tells me I am sorry but it turns out your piece is actually NOTHEREAFTERALL!!! IT will be another 30 days to get here. SERIOUSLY! So apparently it wasn’t ordered in the first place. Meanwhile I said my couch is being used and the end cushion keeps falling off since there is no piece next to it and I said we are messy people but I don’t want all the pieces to be warn in and this one be the odd ball. He says well just sit in it more. Come on. They say if you get the piece you see in the store it will be delivered in 1 – 2 weeks but get a «Special Order» meaning you want a different color or different arrangement forget it! Wait 4 months then maybe you will. So they guy calls and leaves no msg. I don’t answer calls I don’t recognize. Then he calls again but this time leaves a message. I hadn’t gotten back to him yet so I call this morning after the weekend. And say I need to schedule a delivery for a piece I have been waiting on for 3 months. They guy on the line says ooohh. I then ask if the 2 pieces I ordered for the back cushions that were messed up were with the order. He says he doesn’t know he can’t tell. Well last time the guy could tell. He said he will wait until the sales guy who sold it to us was back in 2 days and that he would have him talk to the manager. Today is Monday they scheduled the delivery for this Friday. When they left a message he said they could deliver Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. hard to believe they filled up that fast. I am so disappointed in this company and how LONG this process it has been. I have friends who were waiting to see how my process went to see if they were going to go there for a new couch. They obviously won’t be going here. They have been polite in all of this but seriously the wait is a joke. I feel they could have been more apologetic and offered something to me in return for such bad service. I had to be the one to practically demand a discount. This is not how a company should treat it’s customers. I will NEVER go back to this store again. I was planning on buying new bedroom furniture and other things. FORGETIT!!! Save your time and sanity and money and go elsewhere. DONOTBUYFROMTHISPLACE!!! -

Hunting for the perfect couch without being able to actually put it in your home is a horrific task. They should make up websites where you take a picture of the bare room and add. It would be kinda like searching for the perfect hair cut. Sofa Mart was promising to walk through. It was super smart and full of contemporary ideas for the home. We found several pieces that we liked and we were 100% walking through the first time that we would buy something. Then the service stepped in and messed it all up! Please stop pretending to be my best friend and just answer the simple questions. Do you have it in this color? What would be the delivery date? How much more to add a sofa bed? Disrupting personal phone calls and no promises on delivery or color literally pushed us out the door, where we stood expressionless and discouraged. Sofa Mart. Hmmm. A OK on the goods, bad on the delivery.
