I ordered the fish and chips, and also the fried pickles. The pickles were ok. I really like their ranch and spicy ranch dressings.
Now about the fish and chips… yum, yum, yum, yum, yum. The batter on the fish was crisp, light, and thick. The fish was moist and flakey. The curly fries were ok. The coleslaw was also pretty good. I bet the crispy fish tacos are good based on this fish.
The waitress was only attentive for half the meal. Had to flag her down several times, but she was nice.
I definitely will order the fish again.

Customer service was bad, manager was rude and food tasted cold. Bad experience all around

Used to love this location. I gave 2 stars because my wings were actually good, hot and had seasoning. Haven’t been here in a while because of how it’s gone downhill but decided to give it another try.
Waitress was feeling real good… we won’t go into that. Her breath lingered even after she left our table. We finally got my side salad (that was supposed to come before our meal) with my husband’s plate. We had to wait for my wings. Table next to us came in about 15 minutes after us and was finished eating by the time we got our food. You could hear our feet sticking to the floor as we walked. Had to ask the waitress to wipe down our (sticky) table and she was offended because she actually cleans her tables.
Horrible! San Pedro is a farther drive for us but we will not return to this location. Clean up and you might get more business!

I’ve dined in on Sunday during nfl and they had all the games –pretty ladies good service. Chili and wings are great. Also have ordered takeout –never any issues

Worst experience we’ve had in a long time. To start with: the server was inattentive (it took 15 minutes for a water refill and we were literally right next to the station), she mumbled the entire time, didn’t have a solid understanding of the menu or available items. Next the order: we ordered an app which took 30+mins to receive (it’s 630ish on a Saturday so I can kinda understand) however we were then served with another app that we didn’t order, we sent it back. Another 15 – 20 mins later we received our entrees which were also incorrect. The order had beef instead of chicken which we were willing to overlook until we realized it was cold on the first bite. Our other entrée was missing additional items. It took another 10 mins for a manager to come to our table and that was only after she had already gone to the wrong table and had to be directed over by our server. While the server was directing management over she already started to make it seem that we were in the wrong for complaining. Mamagement offered to replace the meal but we preferred to leave. She was extremely persistent on offering us food, which was proper, however we just wanted to leave. It took me rising from my seat before she apologized and allowed us to leave. This is the only location I’ve had severe problems at but I do not expect to be going to a Hooters again.

I give 3 only because once we FINALLY DID Get a server she was actually really pretty, nice, friendly and got our food out quickly! The place was okay the wings were good but then again I always order regular boneless hot wings every hooters I go to! My boyfriend said their bacon wrapped wings were pretty good too! I hated their «michelada» it was water downed and not spicy at all! I had to give her some tips for the bartender and my second one was still water downed with No spice!

With Dale the new manager Hooters Selma will start filling up again for sports! We had a blast, Dale and our waitress Becca made the day fun! Without a doubt we will be back!

This is NOT my favorite Hooters in the San Antonio area, but the service is OK. The Hooters Girls are nice and have done well with our orders. My big concern though is the food and the facilities. It seems like the building, the tables, and everything needs a really good DEEP cleaning and that something on that magnitude hasn’t been done in a while. Perhaps they need to update the facility but the kitchen looked dirty and the dining area looked worn and dirty. This includes the parking lot which looks trashed.
As for the Wings, they were OK but nothing spectacular. A few of my wings were a little smaller or barely breaded.
Potential here but needs work.

1^st game of the football season and they had wheel of fortune playing.
Asked for a Dos XX, and they bring me Bud Light or something. With no lime. .
I told them it wasn’t Dos XX, and I asked for them to dress my beer…
so they bring me another beer that isn’t Dos XX and it’s not even cold. Mug looks like it was rolled around in salt
Don’t come here if you want to have a good experience.

Good place when the a squad works. Bring back the white lightning sauce. Big dissapoinent when the ribs stopped being served and being told the sauce stays. Now the sauce is gone as well. Get it together man.

Asking for a tip on Take Out? What happened to waiting for the customer to decide if/​how much to tip! Sorry just thought it was rude, not good customer service:-(
Fries were soggy, shrimp po boy was below average, but wait time short (3pm Fri)

Sarah was a good server. No problems there.
Food was hot and fresh…
HOWEVER…
One fork was very dirty with stuck food.
Fried pickles were not shaken properly after frying so there was a pool of grease on the bottom of the plate and they got soggy quick.
We had two wings day platters and the boneless wings we way overcooked. The wings were very dry and not the usual juiciness.
The fries also had NO salt.

My boyfriend and I came to here to watch the Tech — UT game on a Saturday night. We were seated right away and by several televisions showing the game. The problem was they did not have the volume on for the Texas game. Half of the TVs were showing the game, but they had the volume on for the lone TV showing the Carolina — Tennessee game. It didn’t appear that anyone was watching that game, but it was obvious there were several tables interested in the Texas game. We asked the waitress if it was possible to put the volume on for the Texas game, but she very rudely told us no because that’s the game the manager wanted it on.
The service and food was alright, but we ended up leaving at the half to go watch the game at a bar that had the volume on… which happened to be Bikini’s in Live Oak.
The food or service isn’t good enough to go back to a place that obviously doesn’t cater to their customers.

Place has gone down hill, it’s a shame!

HOOTER WINGS don’t equal BWW! Silver wear was dirty, Beer was cool, not Cold! I won’t go back!

Waited 30 minutes for a table! It was a weekday and there were 6 empty tables. When I asked the girl up front why they were empty she said she didn’t know why. She couldn’t come up with an answer as to why they were not being used. Ended up walking out! Never going there again!

Think of how gross this is: feathers still on my chicken! Who even plucked the chicken? Whoever did it sucked at it.

Not a friendly place. While I love Hooter’s lemon pepper wings and shrimp, the service at this location always sucks. I realize I am not a 20 year old guy, but I tip way better than one. So disappointing.

This location does not care for its customers. My wife and I went in for lunch on Saturday and the restaurant was not that busy. Everyone was standing around not doing anything. Sat at the table for ten minuets with nothing got up to leave and told the hostess and she laughed as we walked out. Funny thing is I’m a bartender and a great tipper. Went to a place down the street with hotter girls.

All I need to say in lemon pepper wings!!! Make sure you ask for extra lemon pepper. This is your typical Hooters nothing more nothing less. I have been to worse. The wings were just how I expected them to be.
