Di made our wedding cake a year ago and the only problem I had was deciding what flavor and style I wanted. It seemed there was nothing that was out of the question. A year later we enjoyed the free anniversary cake that Di offers and it was just as wonderful as I remembered the wedding cake being. Her cakes are moist and wonderfully decorated. I was always able to keep in contact via email and felt that she was always accommodating.
