If I could make this a negative star I would. We made a reservation on Kayak the night before, got here ½ an hour early (thank goodness) and they told us there was no car for us. There was no one in the office and when we called the number left at the desk he said there was nothing he could do for us. It wasn’t until we called him again 15 minutes later and asked him for a ride to another car rental service that he finally called the other hertz location and found us another car. We had to get a cab to the other hertz and basically had to force the worker to help us. The worst part was he knew we were coming in and didn’t call to tell us he didn’t have a car for us. DO NOT use this rental place unless you want to deal with rude and ineffectual employees with terrible service. I will think twice about using hertz ever again also.
