Suncoast Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

Been here since 11am, it’s 4:30pm as I write this. To keep this short, the Sales Manager/​Owner is completely unprofessional, jumped up from behind the front desk and said «this deal is over, we’re tearing up your paperwork!» Yes, there is a lot more to the story, the long of the short is, very bad communication between employees here… very unprofessional on all accounts. Never again.

Came in 6−2−15 express lane for an oil change, came in at 12:40 left at 2:30, poor service for express lane, dissapointed, prob wont be back, i was told 30 – 45 min

Bryan the Internet Salesman refused to give me a price because I wasn’t going to buy immediately. No help… no assistance. had am I don’t care attitude. I walked out and will never go there again. I would suggest you do the same. Hope Wayne Smydth reads these because obviously you get him with the deal. Think he was out of the office today. Really hate putting one star…

I stopped 2 days ago to look at a truck and met with Caitlin. She knew more than most of the men I have met at dealers that were in sales. She was knowledgeable and very thorough with helping me. I wound up coming back and bought the truck that I looked at. She also helped me with pairing my phone for the Bluetooth in the truck. Thank you very much for all your help Caitlin.

Staff is great! It doesn’t matter if you’re someone else’s customer, they’ll greet you & make you feel at home! Jed helped me to the best of his abilities & beyond that. I’m grateful for a salesman who’s actually there for the CUSTOMER & not the percentage commission. Thanks to Suncoast for making my 2^nd car buy a more better experience!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealer. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

They would not stand behind the car they sold me. They even had the gall to accuse me of trying to steal from them by asking them to fix the problems with the car they sold me. You can judge who stole from whom.
Even more insulting, their «60 day warranty» did not cover any of the things wrong with the car — including the airbags!
My worst car buying experience ever.

How nice that they assign you a «service associate» to manage your vehicle. It would be even better if this person did their job. After keeping my car the entire day, they told me they couldn’t fix my tire because they didn’t have one in stock, and claimed they tried to call me several times to discuss the issue (had my cell phone with me all day). As it was late in the day, I went to pick up the car and asked if I could leave it there for a couple hours, as they were closing. I specifically asked where I could park the car so that it would not be locked in. I came back a few hours later to my car blocked in… they were closed on Sunday, so I was without a car for 2 solid days on a weekend. 2 days for an oil change. Tire still not fixed. Received a call from service manager which basically was «sorry for your loss». I will never deal with these people again, trading my jeep for a real car with a real dealership with real service.

I stopped in for an express oil change and tire rotation. An hour and 15 minutes later I left. It took 15 minutes plus just to get my car checked in. The service guys for the express lane were busy but other service writes just stood around. The car valet’s were very nice and had my jeep prepped for service quickly. If only the documents could have been so fast. I’ll discount that and likely go back as overall service was great and the staff was very friendly. Before going for service be sure to check their website. They always have coupon specials going on it seems.
