Beware!!! Vey poor customer service. I bought a charger for my HP laptop and it was defective. It shorted out two outlets and then began to fall apart mechanically all within 3 weeks. When I brought it back, both techs were very rude stating they had to charge me for new one and that the damage was my fault. I was told it would take 200 pounds of force to do the damage that had happened to the charger. I was told it was not a good business decision for them to give me my money back. I took the charger else where and was told it was likely a manufactures defect. Beware of this place as all of their chargers have no brands on them or manufacturer or factory information. Big red flag! Any body can be nice with easy transactions but to become so nasty so quickly was inappropriate.

I had my relatively new laptop get its screen broken on an airplane. Took it to these guys and they had a new one installed in about two hours. Everything works great and looks great. Highly recommend!

I’m sorry. In most cases I would contact the business directly and tell them if they made a mistake, but in this case they almost cost me $ 2000 for nothing, so I feel I should tell other customers to get second opinions if they tell you your computer can’t be fixed.
I take it they’d rather not work on macs. They had fixed my mac before, they were expensive, but really nice, informative guys, so I went back.
This time the guy pushed on my screen a couple times then told me some board was bad and it was $ 500 just for the part so it wasn’t worth fixing. To get a refurbished macbook pro is $ 2000.
A client of mine had a geek squad membership for 5 computers, but only had one, so she let me use her membership. They spent about an hour fixing it remotely.
All the problems were fixed immediately. It has no problem starting up, it’s running cool, and faster than I ever remember it running.
It’s like having a new computer. But as far as Pinellas Computers, I’m sure they mean well but maybe take your macs elsewhere.

I searched the internet for a local computer repair shop, this place was recommended by several Unilocal colleagues. I took the advice and couldn’t be any happier. Great customer service, super friendly & respectful, never felt like I was being talked down to. More importantly reasonable price. I highly recommend.

While vacationing on the beach, my wife’s old computer decided to take early retirement. Looking at Unilocal reviews, I decided to visit Pinellas Computers.
Nick was informative and very helpful in setting up a new computer for her needs. She loves playing bridge on-​line and the new, reasonably priced machine works perfectly.

Well I made the mistake of buying a refurbished Gateway laptop from
. After 2 weeks it started giving problems. I contacted their warranty department and was given the run around. They then told me to go to any Walmart for a full refund. I went to walmart and was told they could not refund me because it had been over 15 days. By this time I am frustrated and take it to Pinellas Computers where they found multiple problems. I again tried getting it repaired through walmart’s warranty dept to no avail. Having had enough I went back to Pinellas computers and they hooked me up with a brand NEW Toshiba Laptop cheaper than I had bought the refurbished one from Walmart. Plus they allowed me some money on trade in on Walmart’s junk computer. I have nothing but high praise for Pinellas Computers. Whatever you do do not buy a refurbished laptop from Walmart. Pinellas Computers can sell you a brand new one cheaper. I have found the guys to be hones professional and very helpful. Thanks Pinellas Computers.

I was referred the owner of this repair service long before he went into business for himself. I have used them several time and referred others to them. Dependable, honest and just really nice young men. Highly recommend.

I recently had issue with this business in that their Invoice allows them to place their Logo on your Startup page, put a business specific screensaver on your machine as well as other things. Most if not all of this is not detrimental, but you have to read the fine print on their invoice, which I am informed allows them to do this. My specific instance was with a windows 7 reload and the placement of an ad on my windows 7 startup page. I had a lengthy discussion with someone from Pinellas Computer who offered to help me remove this intrusive ad. My problem is, legalize or not, why do it. It just tends to piss people off. So if you don’t care what someone puts on your repaired machine, then they do a great job and quickly. If fine print as an excuse makes you mad, tell them not to do that.

Amazing service! I highly recommend calling these guys if you are having problems with your computer. After having a bad Monday, I damaged my computer. No one else was willing to help without first charging me a fortune just to look at it. These guys didn’t hesitate. Not only are they fast, reliable and honest, but they were very affordable. Excellent customer service! I won’t be going anywhere else.
