Sit Means Sit

We contacted Elena in April (2015) after our smaller pug mix (who has a Napoleon complex) attacked our larger pug mix, unprovoked :-/​
At the VERY least, schedule an in-​home consult with Sit-​Means-​Sit. Elena has two Belgian Malinois, and she brought one (Jazzy) to the demonstration. We were amazed to have our dog under control in seconds – she usually growls, howls, lunges and squirms at the sight of any other dog, no matter how far away, but Jazzy was 2 – 3 feet from our dog. Needless to say, we were impressed and signed our pup up!
Our dog (Susie Q) had 5 private lessons, 2 in home and 3 at nearby parks. We saw progress every time, while of course implementing the training at home between sessions. We saw even more progress at the free group classes that are included with your training package… Susie Q was like a totally different dog under Elena’s instruction.
We also used Sit Means Sit to board – because of our dog’s dog-​aggression issues, we had never felt confident boarding. Elena never had a problem with Susie, and each time we picked her up she was happy and even more well behaved. One time she greeted us at the wide open door OFF LEASH!
Unfortunately, we moved away from the area :(or we would continue attending weekly group classes and occasional boarding. We recommend Sit-​Means-​Sit St Petersburg for your dog training needs!

We rescued Norman in January 2015. He had zero confidence and was a scared of everything, the car, the wind… other dogs. Since we’ve started training with Elena, Norman is a happier, healthier dog. He jumps in the car with no issues, walks with other dogs with no care in the world. He’s even learning new tricks! This training system has truly helped Norman and will continue to help Norman be the best dog he can be, in addition to helping me be the best dog mom I can be. CGC and Go Team… Here we come!
