Bad customer support, we had a bad experience regarding a return of a Lawn mower made by Toro.
We will never shop there again.

This would have been 1 star except for the ever-​smiling, helpful greeter. Joe, in flooring, was
absent until we complained to the greeter who roused him. We were better off without help — at least we didn’t have attitude. Perhaps he was just indifferent or perhaps he lacked knowledge, but he was certainly condescending,. This is the third time we’ve gone to HD for tile project (very convenient) and left because we couldn’t get help. I asked Joe if a loose tile was ceramic or porcelain and he said to «read the box»…but it was the wrong box.
Well, off to Lowe’s — again. Just a few more blocks down the road. BUT, let me reiterate that walking in and seeing that blonde greeter sets a good tone for a productive trip — if only she was everywhere!

On May 30^th I paid a $ 50 deposit to have a subcontractor come to my home and measure for a new fiberglass exterior door. It was to be surprise for my husband on Father’s Day.
As of today, June 10^th, I have not heard from them. So I call Home Depot to inquire. My call was answered by an associate who hemmed and hawed and paused (get the picture) to say ‘oh, those people have gone home. call back tomorrow.’ NO I won’t call back tomorrow, can you please transfer me to a manager. NO Transfer — just left on hold with awful music blaring in my ear.
So I hang up to call directly. May I speak with a manager. I get disconnected!!!
Once again, I call back and the same person answer, May I speak with a manager and was told.’.they are all busy probably in a meeting, can I have your name and number.’ Now my frustration is building.
No he cannot have my name, he cannot have my number and he cannot have my business.
So I hang up and call Lowe’s — they offer the same service for only $ 35! Guess who is driving past Home Depot from now on.

Pretty much like all the other ones but the staff is great.
