I can always drop in here for a quick eyebrow wax or gel manicure. I come to this Wal-​Mart all the time so it’s very convenient for me. I’ve never had a bad experience. The employees are always super sweet to me. We always have nice chit chats and they always say hi when they see me walk by on my regular shopping days.

Terrible customer service. I arrived before another customer who stated she did not have an appointment yet the lady who appeared to be in charge took her first. Then she made another customer wait while she finished the lady’s nails then did her eyebrows. I should have known better. It’s inside Walmart. You get what you pay for. Won’t be back here. …

Horrible service. They have turned me away twice, after waiting. Only two nail techs each time that I have visited, but not many clients. The male nail tech is rude, and does not practice proper customer service. When he did my nails, he was quite harsh in filing them. I requested for him to be gentle, but he ignored me.
