The staff was so nice… But this was the worst manicure I’ve ever had ever in my life. Paint all over my fingers. I asked them to fix it twice and still had paint all over my skin. I was shocked; a child could have done a better job. Very very disappointed. I actually started to get emotional thinking that I had to pay for this. Very angry I have to go spend more money to get it fixed…

I’ve been to this place maybe 5 times. I’ve had ONE good manicure there that lasted more than a few days. They don’t have many color options, and although the staff is always very pleasant and kind, they just don’t do a very good job. I’ve had manicures there ranging from clumpy, to sloppy, to chipping within one day.
Nice people, but I’d rather go to my regular place in Silver Spring where nobody talks to you but they do your nails quickly and really well.

I went this evening to Benfield Day Spa for the first time and had a great experience. I walked in right before 7pm (when they are supposed to close) and they happily accepted me. Lean did my pedicure ($ 25) — she took her time and did a wonderful job! She is also very sweet.
When I was walking out I accidentally messed up one of my nails and I went back in and she gracefully applied new polish, even if it was after 8pm.
Also, Monday through Wednesday you can get a mani-​pedi for $ 30, great deal!
I will definitely be coming back!
