Ledo Pizza

Zero stars is what I’d like to give this place. Worst customer service and manager lacked any sort of customer skills whatsoever. Never going here again and they make the worst flatbread pizzas ever!

Very disappointing experience tonight… Attempted to go to dinner with a party of 14, after the tragic death of my grandfather and my family needing a little time together to eat. Half the dining room was being closed early according to the manager due to the face that they were not busy enough to keep a 5^th server on. It then took them some time to get tables together for us– again, completely understandable being such la large group. Our prospective server Megan felt the need to tell her coworker, within ear shot of our party «ugh I hate you! You should have just told them we were too busy so that they would leave!» I voiced my complaint about hearing this to the less-​than-​compassionate manager, who told me he would correct the situation. We then sat for over five minutes at our table with no acknowledgement, during which time we see and hear Megan laughing with her coworkers again that she «didn’t even say it, ha ha ha…» and giggling. At this time we decided to leave as we still had not been waited on. On the way out the manager did say «Megan was going to be your server so I had to talk to her and someone was about to come out…» Sorry sir, too late for that. And thank you Megan, for being so unkind to May family that has spent the last day grieving our hearts out. We will not be returning!

I don’t visit more often due to the price. I had their vegetarian pizza and calzones, which are good. I usually carry out. Dine-​in service was average. I recommend calling ahead, not much of a waiting area.

Great family place, decent «pizza», friendly staff.
However, I ordered a chicken calzone and they brought me in a calzone with no chicken in it whatsoever. I mentioned it to the waiter and he just kind of laughed and walked away. That kind of service leaves something to be desired.

Waiter turn over is high but every time we go the service is great. Where else can you feed a family of 6 for under 40 bucks. Large pizza feeds out entire family and with tip I can walk out of there full and spending less than 50 bucks

Ingredients are fantastic. I wish that they were fully cooked. As a local customer, I’ve tried the Ritchie Hwy location over a dozen times. Unlike the other locations, I always need to specify «well done». Yet, the dough is still raw. The manager, Pat, advised me to visit the other Ledo’s locations instead. Thanks Pat, Pizza Boli’s it is!

Love Ledo pizza!!! The sauce is sweet and I love the bite size square pieces, all pizza should be cut that way! Great staff and service and very clean. I agree with another review that the pizza is not very good the next day like some.

My favorite pizza, hands down! The Severna Park restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I like that they have gluten-​free and vegan options so that it meets the needs of different friends & family when we go out to eat together.
Ledo’s helps various organizations in the community through their fundraising nights, which is much appreciated. I like that they have plenty of seating so that I can bring a large group in to dine.

Yummy pizza! Good service ! The ledos in Odenton is so trashy so I thought maybe they were all like that but I was truly surprised by how great this place was. The waitress are very kind, the food tastes great!!! I highly recommend this place!!!

Not so great Service, she was lost and frazzled. Asked for a manager who was too busy. Our food was not even eaten because it was cold and under cooked

Bottom Line: Ledo’s has been consistently serving good food in a family friendly and casual environment.

Ledo’s has been around a long time. .. so long that my 72 father remembers visiting Ledo’s in his college days. We’ve been visiting this particular location for many, many years and not much has changed through the ages. I appreciate Ledo’s consistency. Ledo’s doesn’t have the best pizza around but they certainly do a good job of having a diverse menu to suit taste buds of all ages. Even if you’re not a fan of their square pizzas, they have tons of salads, sandwiches and pasta dishes from which to choose.
This isn’t the fancies of pizzerias by any means but it serves the Severna Park lifestyle well. It is family friendly and a good spot for a casual dinner out. Or if you prefer a night in, you can always get it to go. Service is friendly and adequate.

I was in Severna Park on bidness when I just happened to see this Ledo’s. So, I stopped in for a late lunch. I had what I always have at Ledo’s — a steak and cheese sub with fries and a Pepsi.
The food was good. It was hot. It was served fairly quickly. I was a happy camper. The dining area is plenty big enough with both tables and booths. The staff was friendly and efficient when I was there.
I couldn’t ask for more.
They evidently have this Loyalty program which they asked me to join but I’m not in Severna Park often enough to take advantage of it.
Nice place. Plenty of parking. Convenient.

Such a unique flavor of pizza! Great pizza when its fresh, not really a fan of Ledos the next day, so make sure you finish it all when you get it!

I tried the pizza and sandwiches when I moved to the area in 2005. I thought after seven years, I would give it another try tonight. I was so hungry I could have eaten my hand off for dinner. Yet, when I tried the large pepperoni pizza and hot Italian sub, they both went into the trash. The pizza sauce is sickening sweet. The sub was ugly and tasteless. Neither was warm. Never. Again.

I had the chicken pesto ciabatta with side salad was good. My son had the new pretzel dog, a bit disappointing as they only gave 4 so we had to order another one for my 5 year old who ate all of it. My husband had the Hot club wrap he said it was very cheesy. Ashley is a great waitress we have had her a few times. We were hoping to use our free pizza I had on ther ledo card which we love but the my son this time did not want pizza? who knew we love there cheesy frys but did not get them this time but they are sooo goood!

Ledo’s pizza is good, delicious. However, I have to give it this time 3 stars minus one star for neglecting my order that made my pizza cold. The young order takers in the counter did not pay attention. They rather play around.

We came here with 3 adults and 2 babies and the place wasnt very crowded when we first got there. Our waitress was extremely unattentive. Although she was close by she didn’t bother to come over and check on us. The food was ok. For small pizza it’s about $ 6. But the drinks are like 2.xx. I thought the drinks were a bit over priced. I would return here because the pizza is ok. I wouldn’t get pepperoni again because they were amazingly thick. I prefer thin crispy pepperoni. But that’s just me. This place lost most of it’s stars because of the price and horrible customer service

I go to Ledo Pizza (in Severna Park), at least once a month, and have never been disappointed. The unique square pizza is always cooked to order, from half baked, to lightly cooked, to browned on top, and is always covered in generous amounts of toppings. It is served on two separate trays,(which allows you to keep the other half warm until you are ready). We always start with the Italian salad which is a generous amount of greens, meat, cheese, ripe olives and tomatoes and served with Ledos famous house Italian dressing, we also never miss getting the wings, which are not too hot but have just enough tang to please your taste buds and are crispy and not soggy or bready. extremely delish!
If you are ordering to go, they always open the box to get your approval before leaving to make sure that everyone leaves happy.
