A & W Restaurant

The burger I had here made McDs look like a gourmet delicacy. It was awful. Plus, it took me 3 tries to get one that was warm.
The first one was room temp to chilly. The second one was actually cold! Like just this side of frozen cold. Ridiculous! The thIrd one the manager took into a back room to microwave before she brought it to me. That made it hot, but soggy and gross.
I never even got a real apology for my ordeal.
They just don’t give a crap about their customers here.
The cheese curds were ‘meh’ and my husband loves their root beer, but do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere.

Came after playing tennis. Frosty mugs of root beer were great. Each free refill gets a new frosty mug. Root beer is supposedly made fresh. We had a bacon cheeseburger and chicken fingers. Food was good. You can add ice cream to your root beer to make a float for about 80 cents or so. I liked it, my son did not like the float. The staff could have cleaned the tables and mugs up better in the dining area. That was the only complaint. They had plenty of time to clean up, lost a couple stars for that.

Loved our visit here in terms of fast food places one of the best I have been to. The service was quick and the Root Beer was ICE COLD! :). What more do you need definitely a good spot if you need a quick bite to eat and good Root Beer.

I would normally never review a fast food place like this but the guy who works here is so fantastic it deserves a review. I didn’t catch his name but he is originally from long island.
The first time we went into this A&W my wife spotted that hey had root beer made fresh and she wanted to try it. We went in and encountered this man who when we ordered a root beer to go he insisted we try it in a frosted glass instead. We did and it was great. We chatted with him a bit and he made us a to go cup after we were done with the glass.
We went in a few days later and he remembered us. We got 4 root beers in glasses (the right way) and talked to him some more. He was super nice and brought over refills.
This man is what America needs more of! We need people who love what they do and want you to love their business as much as they do. If there were more people like this small businesses would thrive. I don’t know if this man is the owner or a manager but I hope he sees the greatest success in life!

Love the food! The root beer is amazing! My girlfriend says its her new favorite fast food place. Wish we had one back home in Alabama!

If you love food, go here. Best fast food by FAR, would rather eat here than most sit down restaurants. The service and employees here are also phenomenal!

A&W!!! They haven’t had these back home in years!
So when I seen I just had to stop and relive my childhood.
We went though the drive through, clear and easy to navigate, and the meal was well placed and easy to read.
Pulled up to the window was helped by a sweet women with a smile.
Got home and Hmmmm delicious!
Until my dog stole the rest of my shrimp!!!
Looks like we may be stopping by again tomorrow!

Awesome friendly service! Free refills on frosty mugs of root beer! Yummy burgers and onion rings. Great fast food option.
Bonus for ladies like me: probably the cleanest bathroom of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to!

me and my girlfriend wanted something different one night i have never eat a&w food so we had coupons so we thought we would try it. i am a chef so i know good food and i wasn’t impressed with their burger and fries the only thing i liked was the artic blast i had oreo she had reeces they were both good so i will get my burgers and fries elsewhere and my artic blasts there

A&W is #1 in fast food chains, in my opinion. The grilled taste of their hamburgers combined with fresh toppings and good bun — it’s delicious! I also love that when you dine-​in here, you get your A&W rootbeer in a frosty mug. I must drive 2 hrs to eat here, but I won’t ever pass the chance! Oh and the hot dogs are great too! An all-​around American classic, done right, even if it’s fast food! Love!!!
