Boogaloos

Our party ordered a Caesar salad salad; and a four dish appetizer, which we picked fried pickle spears, fried cheese, onion rings, and french fries. The Caesar salad was only iceberg lettuce, cheese, croutons and dressing. It was good. The appetizers we’re OK. Nothing to write home about. The waitress wasn’t the best we’ve ever had. It is more of a dive bar atmosphere with pool tables and beer pong in the back room. It wasn’t our style.

Do not go here! The service is slow and if you are going for karaōke don’t bother… Worst kj ever. Took a ten min break every 45min to an hour. If you want to sing you may want to go home and sing to yourself. We went because hey had karaōke and saw two couples leave because of the poor quality or service. Asked for owner twice and finally a guy wearing an ankle monitor that was previously drinking beer from a nearly empty pitcher walks up to our table. He seemed a little receptive to our feedback… Not worth spending my hard earned money here ever again…

Food and specials were good. Nice place to have a drink and barbecue was good. If you don’t like bar scene might not be your place. Looks like fun at night for adults.

You can do much better than this place. The owner and a bartender argued for a solid hour while ignoring a drunk patron who was repeatedly requesting a cab home. Hilariously, they decided to call a wrecker to haul him to his abode. He proceeded to be stuck there for nearly 2 hours. Just an absolute customer service shit show. I will not return.

Great atmosphere for any celebration or just to hang out!!! Karaōke nights are a blast!!! Staff is phenomenal, their recommends cab services are great!!! Drink specials are the best!!! Go check them out!!!

Best place in the smokies!!! A little bit of everything, awesome servers and bar tenders!!! Specials every day, as well as themes! Taco Tuesday, karaōke Wednesday, trivia Thursday, etc. Best place to relax and hang out!!! Pool tables, foosball, darts, dance floor. Family friendly during the day with a sand pit to play in, coloring pages and kids specials. After 10 pm, adult time! Best restaurant with a nightlife around!
Best wings in Tennessee!!! Hands down!

Best place in East Tennessee. Great service, great food. BEST WINGS PERIOD!!! Game nights are always great. Specials every day, very friendly staff, and the best bartenders anywhere. Never had a bad experience and I’ve been going since they opened!

The specials are a great deal and service was awesome! Took a star off because our bill was incorrect (overcharged) even though we asked them to correct it twice. Gave up on asking them to correct it because we had a military discount anyway. My steak was cooked to medium after having ordered it at medium well, but I didn’t send it back because I didn’t want to wait any longer. The pepperoni on my boyfriend’s pepperoni pizza was scarce, despite the $ 1 upcharge (see picture). The place was packed outside for the foam party, but we were amongst the two couples inside for dinner.

Probably one of the worst bars for customer service… Been here a few times and it’s all the same shitty service shitty drinks and Justice the bartender cares more about getting laid or hooking his homies up than taking care of customers

An awkward bartender can make for an odd night. At first all was fine. We had drinks, chatted with other friendly staff, and all was good. But toward the end, the bartender was extremely distracted and uncooth… so we left.
This place is not recommend, but I’m happy to report that every other place with any type of service in town far exceeded our expectations. I do love this town.
and every place… except Boogaloos.

Good normal everyday food. Good priced specials. Server was awesome. She was the only server and kept up well. In and out for lunch in an hour. Looks like it could be a fun place at night.

Came on a Monday night around 10:30. Was pretty empty besides the bar. Waitress/​Bartender was ver nice and gave us plenty of time to look through the menu. Grill is open til 1am. This is one of the few places in the Sevierville/​pigeon forge area that are open late. We ordered the spicy garlic wings, chopped steak, and California chicken wrap. Wings came out in about 7 min. (10pc.) Wings were ok. Better than most places besides BWW. Home made chips mashed potatoes and gravy. Good food overall especially for a midnight craving.

Was out and about and was looking for a place to eat where everyone could find something to eat. Stopped in, seemed kind of empty, so we were a bit leery. Headed outside to enjoy the sun and weather and were promptly greeted by the waitress. She gave us menus and took our order. Knew the beer list by heart and was very patient as we decided on which beer and which appetizer. Ordered the fried pickles. Yum! They were spears, not chips and were cooked perfectly. We loved those so much, we ordered the spicy cheese balls. Yum, especially dipped in their spicy ranch dip. 3 of us ordered the Boogaloo Burger, ½ pound meet, bacon, cheese of choice, bacon and a fried egg. One of us ordered the fish tacos, and the other ordered the pulled pork sandwich. Everyone’s meal was excellent. It got busy really fast and although the waitress was the bartender as well, she kept up with the crowd. Loved the bathrooms, you must check out the custom paint job. If we lived here, we’d visit this place frequently. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.
