Wow, what an experience! From the time you walk through the door the staff is helpful, but not pushy, and smiles adorn all their faces. This is a true outlet store with lots of clearance and marked down items to choose from. In addition they have a nice selection of seasonal regular priced items. I visited all the sports stores in the area and found this one had the biggest selection of clearance items. I love to save money on quality products. Two years ago I bought a technical running shirt here and I have worn it almost six days a week since and it is still in great shape. That my friends is quality! On this trip I bought two pairs of running tights, two pairs of running shorts and two full zip, hooded sweat shirts all for less than $ 100.00 even after taxes. They did not have a pair of running shoes I was interested in, however they gave me a 10% off and free shipping coupon to use on their web site with a great bonus, the coupon does not expire! Two of their staff deserve extra praise for their helpful attitude, professional knowledge and service that was experience based. Victoria and Store Manager, Julia talked to me like a fellow runner because they are experienced in using the products they sell. Adidas should give every employee at least one pair of shoes and sponsor them in local runs so they can gain the knowledge Victoria and Julia have. They aren’t just employees, they are consultants. They talked to me about shoes, shorts, tights, shirts, jackets and more because of their personal experience! I will visit this store every time I vacation in Sevierville and now I can use the coupon on line as well! I visited the store on 3÷5÷14.

I found the selection at Adidas to be rather small and unappealing. Also, I believe your employees represent your business. There were three employees standing around, when they could have been offering to help customers find something. Not only that, but the employee who was speaking was talking loudly about her friend «hanging wit her boo». And no, I’m not misspelling «with». When you have customers sounding uneducated, it certainly doesn’t reflect we’ll on the business.

There was great deals while I was there, buy one get one half off. I scored some shorts for my gym partner, he was elated with the quality and style.
