Bit pricey– product of high quality, but not made of gold. They do let you sample. Wife drawn in with the buy 2– half pound slices get the third one free. Problem with that is, when I was doing the math– it still was expensive. Gentleman behind the counter over heard me doing the math and before I left he called me over and gave me another ½ pound of fudge for my time. Again– top notch fudge!

Went in here to get a Carmel Apple before I left town. I walked up to the store where the door was standing wide open and all the fudge and goodies were on display. So I walked in to get an apple and the lady told me that they technically weren’t open yet, but that I could look around(I appreciated that) but she was on her phone and then she acted like it was a problem to have to ring me up at the register, and the whole time I was standing at the register she didn’t even make eye contact with me and she was talking to one of the employees and telling him that he could go outside to take a break. If there are 4 employees there, the door is standing open,& all the fudge and stuff were out in the case, then I honestly don’t understand how they«technically“weren’t open yet. I don’t get it. Overall, customer service was terrible.

The fudge is delicious but customer service was poor when we went. While we were trying to order the employees burst out into song, including the one who was supposed to be taking our order. We kept having to yell over them to say what we wanted and kept having to repeat ourselves. Then when we got home we found out they gave us the wrong thing.
