We live 2.5 hours away, travel down 5 times a year. If you spend at least $ 300, this place more than pays for itself! Connect to the wifi, it gives you another coupon! Don’t forget to go through the App(iPhone) for extra/better deals. We can’t get enough of this place, even on super busy days, they somehow manage the traffic, etc. so it doesn’t become a nightmare. Always leave in a great mood, well hey, if you are buying Coach, who wouldn’t be in a great mood!

Only the second time we’ve ventured into this outlet mall. For good reason, we need to be able to pay our mortgage and other bills after a trip here. That can be a difficult feat. All-season finds, sale discounts, and military discounts can give anyone a shopaholic high.

This place has just about all the stores you could hope to find in one place! And some places I’ve never seen at an outlet before(Bare Minerals? Awesome!). However, I would definitely suggest picking up a map at the main office to help you get around because this place isn’t really laid out in a convenient way. It would be nice if it was in a loop so you could end in the same place you began. But it’s not! So be prepared for some zig-zagging and back tracking.

About the only place worth while visiting while in pigeon Forge. This outlet has all the major brands to shop for. Just be prepared to pay the 12.25% sales tax that Tennessee has. SMH. Make sure you look online to get the free coupon to get the discount coupon book they have at their customer service. Instead of paying the five or $ 10 that it cost to get the book.

Get the coupon book from guest services. Lots of good stores. More spread out than other outlets.

— A very friendly store — They had a lot of unique items. They had a great sale going on. The young girl explained all the items we were looking at. We brought so much because the girl explained the uses of the items and had great knowledge. This is for Earthbound Trading Company. The outlets are too spread out. They need a trolley to ride from one area to another. I didn’t visit everything because I got tired of walking.

Free coupon book with AAA card. Plenty of parking. Lovely stores! Only downfall, could use more food places to eat other than chop house and subway/pizza.

Parking is always tricky due to the amount of people that are visiting the outlets. The variety of stores is great, and you are always sure to find a good deal on something.

When I am on vacation, I’m not really looking to buy something that I can buy at home, I want to buy something unique to the area. This mall is your typical outlet, except I found it to be overpriced and boring. I did enjoy using it as a place to just walk around and people watch. I can go outlet shopping at home and this particular center just did not offer anything I would consider special or unique.

I like the variety of shops but I hate how far apart they are. I shouldn’t have to get back in the car and drive to the next shop, maybe I’m just lazy and don’t feel like walking. Also it tends to be very crowded. I’ll stick with regular malls.

If ever your near Gatlinburg and want to shop for practical non tourist items — then this place is great. Tons of stores — oakley, chicos, jones new york, swarvoski, dress barn, new balance, champion, and etc! Outlet prices that are reasonable and if your hungry eat at The ChopHouse within the parking lot of the outlet center! Super clean and free trolley service if you don’t feel like walking to each outlet store. At the managers office of the outlet you can purchase a coupon book for $ 5.

I agree with the other posts saying that the layout and parking are insane! I’m not sure what they were thinking while planning that out. The stores, though, were great. Got a good deal on some Sperrys at Rack Room Shoes, got some nice shirts for $ 10 each at American Eagle, and of course being a big time foodie I had to stop at Harry & David. They could use a better food court(all they have is a pizza place, a Subway, and a frozen yogurt joint), but I did enjoy the pizza place. Overall a good afternoon.
