Ordered a 4 topping pizza, mild & hot wings, and antipasti salad. Everything was horrible; specifically, the wings were partially raw, the pizza had very few toppings and was undercooked, and the salad meat smelled foul. Additionally, the service was very slow and unfriendly.

Charged $ 7.00 for delivery for a .5 mile route… sweet Jesus that’s a 1⁄3 of the total of my pizza. I had to write the review before the pizza arrived because I still can’t wrap my head around the fee. Basically the only local shop besides corporate chain so I’m giving them my business.

The manager said instead of a $ 5.00 delivery fee he wanted me to pay $ 7.00 since I they had to cross the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Really? Guess I’ll never try them.

We have had pizza here the last several times we have been to the Smoky Mountains. We found it by accident the first time and then fell in love with it!!! They are now one of my favorite pizza places. Their pizzas are delicious. I highly recommend the garlic knots. The baked spaghetti is to die for!!!

Pizza here is thin crust and it’s very good. They are very generous on toppings and the crust of the pizza is very flavorful. I like that it’s thin crust and cooked not doughy like other places. Fast delivery service

Ordered for delivery two pizzas, sticks, calzone and salad and all arrived tasting great. Driver was friendly and honestly one of the best pizzas our family has had. Agree it was greasy, though it’s pizza, so it’s supposed to be. It did take about 90 minutes for pizza to arrive but that’s what they told us it would be and they were on time.

Thin crust pizza and a little on the greasy side but over all a great taste. We ordered take out and they said it would be 40mins… actually it was only about 25. So that was nice after a long day of running around and site seeing.

The pizza was excellent – much better than any national chain. We were visiting the area, and Hitman’s did the trick. Prices are fair, and the pizza was hot and well-prepared. Not a single complaint amongst our group of 12! We ordered takeout, and I don’t think this is really a place for a dining in.

This review is a couple days late. Turns out this used to go by the name«Mafia House» and that’s why I couldn’t find it on Unilocal. It is now«Hitman’s Pizzeria», but in the same location. In fact, their credit card receipt still has it listed as it’s previous name. Stopped in here on the 4th of July on our way back to our cabin to order some impromptu carryout. Didn’t want to fight the crowds in town at pretty much every other establishment. Well we should have. The only reason I gave this place a second star was that the food was actually pretty decent – once we got it. The lady working the counter, while friendly enough, was not who i’d want the face of my store to be. Very dirty looking, ratty clothing, flip flops, and a mouth like a sailor. The delivery lady coming in and out between smoke breaks wasn’t much better. No sense of urgency by anyone, even though she kept repeating how she sent all the help home, and THEN they got busy. I’ve worked in food service, it happens, I’m sympathetic to it. Unless it turns out you’re not actually busy. I heard her say several times that all they had were FIVE orders – TWO of those were carryout sitting in the establishment. An all too late red flag. I understand on a major summer holiday there is a good chance you’ll wait on pizza at a busy pizza place. It shouldn’t take an hour for a carryout order when there aren’t a pile of orders ahead of mine since they weren’t busy at all. Then to top it all off, the folks that ordered carryout after me, got their food before me?!? Now quickly, about the food. They claim they use high quality ingredients and such. I can’t speak to that. We got a chicken bacon ranch pizza. It was pretty good, not earth shattering. The garlic knots were some of the best I’ve ever had. Would I say the whole place was worth the higher prices they claim is for a «pizza full of toppings»? Not even close.
