Amazing customer service to walk one through specializing the most amazing ice cream cake ever. This has been the best decorated birthday cake for my son that I have purchased in the last 6 years. All of the guests raved about the cake and loved that there were actual cake layers between the ice cream layers. Chocolate cake with birthday cake ice cream, Oreo and Reece’s peanut butter cup mix ins topped by a Lego super hero design that I didn’t need to bring in myself. I will definitely be ordering cakes from here again and will spread the word.

Be prepared people who can’t handle their sweets — a-hem. .. . Cold Stone has great flavors, like cake batter, brownie batter, salted caramel, cotton candy, your usuals(with a ‘twist’) ETC! I think we ordered mediums — two HUGE scoops(more like flatter ladles!) each that PACKED our cups. I ordered the two batters and was in heaven. I haven’t had a Cold Stone in over 7 years! Vince had dark chocolate and salted caramel. Both, of which I liked alot. This particular location(plus a Friday night) was really busy. We opted to sit outside in the Starbuck’s seating. I’d go back but only for a small. It truly is VERYVERY sweet!

It’s a problem being an ice cream snob. Especially when you haven’t had any good product in months and are craving it more due to mild December temps on the east coast. We could have gone to a Mom n Pop shop but opted for CSC due to proximity. I haven’t been at one in years and was not expecting to be blown away, but thought I would enjoy it way more than I did. Others must have had the same hankering because this place was jamming at 8:30 pm on a Friday night. We looked longingly at the case while waiting for our turn to order. The deep dark color of their dark chocolate caught my eye, as did the salted caramel. This combo usually does not fail to satisfy me with its contrasting flavor profiles. But on first taste I almost succumbed to a diabetic seizure. Both flavors were sweetened to the point of distracting from the treat. I couldn’t enjoy the chocolate that may have been rich and deep, or even taste caramel amongst all the sucrose. I left somewhat disappointed but with the knowledge that all ice cream is not created equal. I know the chain won’t be saddened by my experience, I imagine many folks like their offerings. I was surprised at the cost, around $ 4 for a hefty 2 scoops, not bad at all. 3.25 gimme Carvel over this anytime Unilocal

Large crowd tonight but the line moved quickly and things ran efficiently. My mom took a long time asking various questions, but the employee helping us was patient, knowledgable, friendly, and took time to help. All flavors were in stock. I bought 5 small ice creams with waffle bowls and no extra mix-ins. Bill was $ 24 and that seemed comparable to other mom & pop establishments. Quality was above average. First time I’ve ever seen«dark chocolate» flavor anywhere and it was delicious.

As far as Cold Stone goes, you have to be prepared to spend A LOT. For two«like its», which is their smallest size, we spent about $ 10. One was a birthday cake remix and the other was just two flavors with 1 mix in, so I’m still confused as to how it was just that much money. The ice cream was delicious, but the organization at this location is awful. There was no line, just people shouting. Many flavors were also out, but still put out with labels. Overall, this is okay for an occasional treat but highly overpriced to the point of probably not being worth it, particularly when better Mom & Pop ice cream shops are open for the summer.

We were craving coldstone when were driving home from the shore, so after looking on my gps this was the closest one along our route. It was a Sunday night and super crowded here, lots of families eating ice cream outside. There was a line to order but it moved fast. I got the sweet cream ice cream with graham cracker mixed in. It was delicious. Their ice cream is consistently good no matter the coldstone location. They also have a lot of good signature flavors with preselected toppings. The ice cream is thick and creamy and toppings are mixed in over a «cold stone». I don’t know how some people can call it overrated and overpriced. The prices seem to be in line with your typical ice cream place. And, I’ve never had ice cream like it. I will always stop at coldstone if there’s one in the area. Four Unilocal

Totally over rated and over priced. I wanted mint chocolate chip and I had to pay extra for the chips to be added into it. I wanted a plain sugar cone but I only had 2 options of a kiddie sugar cone or a giant waffle cone. The mini chocolate chips were frozen and I almost chipped a tooth biting them. I’ll stick w my local mom and pop ice cream shop.

We go to Cold Stone at least once a week. My 5 year old daughter loves it. The staff is very friendly and the line moves pretty quickly. The only complaint is that once it gets busy(which it always usually is as soon as the weather warms up), there’s a mass of people kind of standing around after the orders are placed. It gets congested. It would be nice if there were people to make your ice cream and then separate people to ring you up. I think people would get out of te door faster if the jobs were separated. Other than that we love it here :)

Cold Stone… nothing new!(I personally enjoy adding an s on the end: p) this is a must in every persons life at least once! I’ve been to many, not just this one, but in many states! I say this(and I mean it…) if you haven’t been get there! Take your time and taste the flavors, they will excite your tastebuds… Create your own, this is always fun. But I personally am a signature gal! I’ve only had a shake once and never a smoothie but I’m sure its awesome… This newcomer to my life, «fro-yo» def is giving them a run for their money!!! But I am a ice cream geek so I’ll always find my way back home!!!(mind you this is ice cream we are talking! Not for the everyday appetite…)

The first time I went to Cold Stone it was in Florida and I will say it’s a pretty constant creamery. When I arrived at this one the line was out the door, 1 hour prior to there closing time of 10pm on Saturdays. Now if you are looking for old fashion ice cream you will not find it here. They have a unique type of that Italian Cream you are familiar with, but there spin is they mix fresh fruit, cookies, or pretty much anything you want in with it on a cold stone in front of you(hence the name). I had a Apple pie with real apples, graham crackers cinnamon, and French Vanilla ice cream this trip. Not bad, but I like the strawberry shortcake the best. Treat yourself it’s worth it.
