Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks location in all of SJ and Philadelphia. Outdoor seating is a very enjoyable feature, and the interior is spacious and inviting. Have never experienced a bad barista here. There are two bathrooms with average cleanliness. Speed of drive through seems on par with other Starbucks.

If I could put zero stars I would. Normally I go to the Starbucks on 42 (almost everyday) and they have always had outstanding service. On the other hand, today my boyfriend and I were closer to this location, even though I’ve been to this one and didn’t care for the service before, i decided to give it another shot. We go to the drive thru and I order my usual, a warmed butter croissant and a venti iced coffee with cream and sugar. The croissant was Luke warm and the iced coffee was filled with no sugar. So I decide to go inside and have them correct the mistake. The gentlemen who took care of us at the window quickly approached me along with another young man who I assumed must’ve been the manager. I let
them know there was no sugar in my coffee, also the label said with milk so I questioned that as well. Instead of saying sorry about that, let’s make you a new one, I got nothing but a cocky attitude and excuses; again I thought nothing of it. Then the guy that’s remaking my coffee is done quickly hands me the drink and walks away. I immediately notice that not only is my cup is completely filled with ice and the coffee is an inch away from the top. I was so frustrated that I just walked out, knowing that I just spent $ 4 on ice. Very disappointing. Will never come here again, Two thumbs down for sure

Don’t hate it but don’t love it. I’ve yet to find a Starbucks where they are actually moderate to quick service wise— and I just mean to take my order– obviously it takes time to make coffee.
I went to this location on a Saturday to try the new Smores frap. There was one guy ahead of me. He was ordering a bag of coffee… it took the lady a really long time to get him this coffee. meanwhile 3 other employees walked around behind the counter… looking at me but not asking me if I needed help… I continue to wonder why this part of the Starbucks chain fails at EVERY location.

Great, friendly staff who laugh and take the time to talk to you and make sure you’re happy with the service and coffee! Best Starbucks around!

Always friendly staff. A few of the baristas have been here as long as I have lived here which is now 5.5 years!
Love the drive-​thru!

Coming from NY and being around a multitude of coffee shops, I know a good one when I see one.
They are incredibly efficient when a lot of these people order weird crazy drinks, and I just get an iced red eye and call it a day.
The drive thru is actually amazing. I never heard of a drive thru starbucks before, and this is the only one I know like that. It’s really quick and everyone is so friendly.
The only thing that kind of is annoying is the parking lot and the location of it, how it’s not really easy to get into or out of.

Excellent, fast and friendly service every single time. They get my mocha light frap right every time I go. I only go on my pay day, otherwise I would have gone bankrupt by now. BUT it is a nice treat, and the price tag is easier to swallow when my frap is delivered with a smile :)

Always pleasant! Always CLEAN! Always speedy in the drive thru! I drive waaaaay out of my way to go to this particular Starbucks.

Starbucks is not really something a challenge in terms of food. You know what you’re going to get. Customer service, however, is very important.
I’ve been coming to the Egg Harbor & Greentree starbucks for years. As a regular, I can say that the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful.
One issue you may have depends on the time of the day. At some points, high school lets out and this place can be as loud as a school cafeteria. Other times, several parents decided that this Starbucks is a good place to bring their children. Being in Washington Township, they have the «my kid does no wrong» attitude and often the parents will allow their infants to cry, or their younger children to run around as if this were a daycare. It does affect the experience of a nice place to relax with a tasty beverage.
The service gets a 4-​star rating. The crowd sometimes kills it though.
