One of the cleanest Dunkin’ locations I have seen in a long time. They always get my drink perfect when I go there, and I’ll admit the comfy seats are a draw for me with the wifi.

No drive thru but they just redid the whole inside and it looks great! The owners and usual workers always have a smile and try to crack jokes that you never get because they’re Indian and you don’t even really know what they’re saying.

Two weeks ago my husband stopped to get me my favorite donut, the vanilla cream filled with the chocolate icing on top. When I went to eat it after dinner, I bit in and noticed no cream. I took another bite, and still no cream, so I tore it open with my fingers. NOT A DROP of cream was inside. Completely dry. So today, against my better judgement, I went back because I had a craving for donuts and they are literally 2 minutes from my house. When I went in, I was the only person in the store. A heavyset Indian man walked over to me and asked«what do you want?». I told him I wanted a dozen donuts. He grabbed a box, sighed loudly, and stood with his head cocked to the side and leaning to the side. His attitude and stance was clearly one of being bothered that I was there. I asked for 2 chocolate iced donuts, then I saw the Chips Ahoy ones and asked what they were filled with. He answered«I don’t know, it’s a donut.» I asked again what was inside, and he again sighed like I was bothering him, and grabbed the donut and looked at it, then said«Cream inside». I said are you sure because 2 weeks ago I got a donut from here that was supposed to have cream inside and it didn’t. He took the donut and stuck it a few inches my my face and said«SEE? It has cream!» He was unbelievably rude. I really wish Dunkin Donuts corporate would send out people to check on their stores because then they would see how crappy they are run. This place has skimped on the chocolate icing many times, skipped cream in a cream filled donut, and now has employees(or was it the owner who knows?) who are blatantly rude. I am never going back. I refuse to accept that kind of behavior.

Walked out of the store this morning, again. I think Dunkin Donuts is great and was thrilled to have one so close to my house. After today, I think I will settle for Wawa’s breakfast. I walked in this morning at about 6:30 and there were several people in front of me in line. There was 1 employee visible, and she could not handle her responsibilities. The donuts were on a rack in front of the shelves, no one was making sandwiches, and the coffee machines were acting up. She just told people to wait while she tended to other things. I understand things happen, but where was her help? All crowded in the back. At that hour, people aren’t there for a casual experience. They are trying to grab and go. In the past, I have gone in the store and waited for 3 – 4 minutes without seeing an employee, before walking out. In addition, I once ordered a donut and a bagel, paid, and was hurried over to where you pick up bagels, no donut. I went and got my bagel and re-approached the front of the line, where I was basically yelled at by the cashier, «what do you need?!» I said, «the donut I paid for.» She was shocked and snatched my receipt, then finally gave it to me. My final gripe, which can be combined with my last comment, is they rush too much. I know, it is counter to my earlier point, but they will start taking orders of the next person in line before they complete the person at the front. For example, they will be making the coffee of Person 1 and ask Person 2 what they can get them. They will talk across the other register, messing up both conversations, and then make you repeat the order several times. Inefficient and frustrating. Avoid this store at all costs. They also charge more for 6 donuts than if you buy 6 individual donuts.

Typical dunkin… No drive through. Parking is easy, but wish they would move to a location with a drive through. The people are pleasant and they do make a nice coffee for you. Not burnt and nicely mixed.
