Dunkin’ Donuts

Cheap prices and great coffee. Just like every other Dunkin donuts. Like I’ve said before, however, I write my reviews on chains based mostly on customer service.
I have been here many times. I have gotten 5 star service. I felt appreciates and heard as I ordered ridiculous coffee orders for 4+ people. I have also gotten 1 star service on days where I went through the drive through and ordered nothing but a black coffee. I was scoffed at and made to feel like my order made them go WAY out of their way.
Therefore, this three star rating is a warning to all who Are craving their morning jo and are looking for a place to stop. It’s a hit or miss. Coffee always tastes great… But sometimes you’ll be appreciated for being a customer and sometimes you’ll be ignored.

The employees are pretty nice and the service is quick! They never messed up my order which, to be honest, is surprising for a Dunkin Donuts. I’m a fan!

I always think long and hard before leaving a negative review, but the girl at the window has a terrible attitude. You might think I was asking for a million dollars when I asked for a carrier. Someone should teach her the word thank you. Tips are earned not expected!

You will be backed up into Delsea if you go during prime time, but the staff is incredibly fast and friendly — so at least you won’t be stopped in the right lane of a major road for long.
