Good sales speech and bad service! They build our pool in November and opened in May. We discovered a few problems when the pool was opened. They will not come and fix it. All their promises are good only when they are trying to sell.

Fantastic business. I highly recommend The Pool Store! We used other companies to open and close our pool and were very disappointed. The Pool Store took away all of our worries. They spent their time doing everything correctly. We have had them open and close our pool and they were wonderful. I called a few times about issues I had with other things and they kindly helped me troubleshoot the problems and I was able to fix them myself. They could have easily declined to be so helpful and had me spend money for them to come out. Their prices are very reasonable. I don’t have a bad word to say about them. I have had nothing but great experiences with this company. A definite 5 stars from me. I would give more if I could!
