I’m so tired of them messing up my order. Half the time I get a salad, they forget the dressing or they give me ranch dressing for a CAESAR salad. They’re always slow, too.

Service at this location is abysmal. Stopped in for a cup of coffee and waited five minutes while the crew held an impromptu dance party. Asked if someone might stop to fill my order, and was told that somebody was«just about to start brewing a pot.» Tired of waiting while my wife and newborn waited in the car, I just asked for a refund($ 2.00?!!). The manager finally gave me a reluctant and RUDE refund, with no apology whatsoever for her incompetent employees. Seriously. Hot water + beans = coffee. Went home and taught it to my newborn. She now brews coffee like a champ. 1 star, because Unilocal won’t let me give any fewer.

Ham egg and cheese is good 9 out of 10 times I have it. Tea is always good. Store is always clean and people are friendly.
