Talk about a piece of Americana, this tavern has been here since around 1883 and in the same family since ~ 1945. From the decades old photos on the wall it looks very much the same but with modern amenities. The food was excellent with many items locally sourced such as the Perch, sausage, meats and cheeses(of course). And some veggies and herbs grown on site! Where do you find that in these days? The staff was attentive and accommodating, the beer, wine and spirits selection had something for everyone in our party(Angels Envy for me!) Don’t miss this little gem in the dairyland!

Basic menu with a good Friday fish fry. Burgers, soups, sides. What you would want from a pub and grill. Friendly service from the owner who lives on site.
