there is nothing more frustrating than buying a groupon, driving all the way to a place and then having them tell you they will charge you another $ 50 for what is supposed to be included in the groupon. I made an appointment, came to the location and although the girl was both nice and polite, to get actual lashes like any other groupon gives would be $ 50 extra. I would not recommend any location of this business.

Do NOT do business with The Lash Loft! I bought a Groupon deal for a «Full set of lashes» and when I left a message to get something scheduled (bc they have no receptionist), it took six days to finally get in touch with anyone there and then was told I had to book online because she was driving. Why call a client when you’re driving? (This happened twice!) She only wanted me to book online bc you MUST give your CC info to hold your appointment so she can charge you full price if you’re late or cancel within 24 hrs of your apmnt time. I was told the Groupon was actually NOT for a full set but only 40 lashes per eye (less than half of what a true full set is) because «that is what a full set is to a new lash tech.» (Soooo false!) So when I went to cancel my Groupon purchase because of the lies and terrible customer service, it got worse!: I found they had already redeemed my Groupon! What?! I never had anything booked let alone set foot in her establishment! There was ZERO reason to redeem it. Owner, Ayesha, gave me a bad excuse that it was in case I ‘no-​showed’ for the appointment. Yes, for the appointment I hadn’t even booked yet and didn’t exist. Then she continued to lie when she called me back later and said she contacted Groupon herself to have them refund my money but alas when I called Groupon myself they informed me there was NO contact between the merchant herself and Groupon of any sort. This is a scam and the owner did nothing to correct the problem and was oddly okay knowing I’d be we writing bad reviews on as many sites as I can. Long story short, RUN! She messed up in every way possible. I can’t imagine what my lashes would actually look like if this is the way she does everything else in her business.

Impossible to book an appointment. I think they are hoping people don’t use the Living Social vouchers. Extremely rude person answers the phone claiming she is too busy to book an appointment but to do it online which simply does not work. Very disappointed. Requested and received a refund from Living Social.

I made an appt in Feb to get my lashes done in April. The girl did not sound very professional when I first called but I let that go.
When I showed up for my appt. after sitting there for about 10 minutes I was told i was at the wrong place and that I should have been in solon.
They went on to tell me that I should have known that even though no one ever contacted me. Plus the solon location was not even open yet when I booked my appt,. It didn’t open for another month or so. The went on to tell me that I would have to reschedule or try to get my money back. Well I made this appt specifically for my daughters wedding and was leaving the next day for Georgia there was no other time to reschedule. She kept arguing with me and said she couldn’t do it. She finally got ahold of the Solon location and after driving for another half hour i got there. Since i was late for the appt that i didn’t even know about i only got an hour and a half instead of the 2 hours I should have gotten.
The girls at the Solon location were very nice and I do love my lashes so far.
Do not go to the cleveland location they are rude and very unprofessional.

The first, second & third time I tried booking an appointment I called & left a message but no one returned my call. The fourth time I called someone answered but said to book online. I went online but their site wasn’t working. I called back and left another message that their site appeared to be down and if I could call to make an appointment. Never heard back. Two weeks later I tried again online and the site was working. I put in my appointment request and it gave me a phone number to call. I called that number and left a message but never got a call back. Six times after trying to get an appointment I finally asked Living Social for a refund.

I finally was able to get ahold of someone after 3 days of trying. I asked to make an appointment for my first set of eyelash extensions and the girl said she was too busy to do that for me and I would have to set it up online. I explained to her that I tried to do that a couple days prior but it would not go through. She then said «Well, I don’t know what to tell you.» I read such great reviews about the customer service at this place, I am very disappointed.

Used a groupon– great eyelashes! Eyelashes are put on individually– no glue residue on eyelids! My eyelashes look awesome– very natural.
Location is a little hard to find and not advertised on outside the building.
