Have had good experiences up until today. I bought a battery that simply quit working a couple of days after purchase. I brought it in and tried to exchange it with no luck. I did not have a physical receipt because I chose not to take one at time of purchase. No exchange was given due to lack of physical receipt. Maybe it was my fault for not taking it but nothing bothers me more than policy overriding doing what is right for the customer. There seems to be a store popping up around every corner, time to find a different one. On principal I cannot purchase another battery here. Note to anyone reading this, «if they ask if you want a receipt, take it». You may think it is not needed since everything is stored electronically but that is not the case here.

The guys at the eCig Store are awesome!!! They are patient and helpful. Always taking the time to educate on the latest and greatest and what is the best fit. Their selection of hardware, accessories, and e-juice is excellent.
