WE had Tommy, the service tech. Last spring he caught a defect in our furnace and warned me to get it checkedearly in the fall. Good thing. It got «red tagged» and we could replace it before the heating season began.
Next, they repaired a furnace at the very small church where I work, doing the work for exactly half the other bid. Exact same piece, and labor at half the cost.
And then they recommended redoing a too small coil that should have been replaced when another company installed an A/​C unit. Again, Tommy came, did the work quickly then came back in the spring to check the pressures and get us ready for summer. Instead of showing me how to clean the outside unit, he stayed and finished the whole thing.
I don’t think I’ll ever call any other company. And their tech, Tommy, is the best!
