Workers short changed customers in front of me AND got their order wrong holding the drive thru for 20 minutes. By the time I got there my food was cold as expected. I recommend going to Sonics or Wafflehouse next door. Management has some serious training issues here.

Nice location very clean fast service and just a nice spot to go to if you need to study in the evening they offer freewifi. Although the have a play area Theres never kids in there lol.

The workers at this McDonald’s have a problem with someone who orders a Coke and french fries everyday. I stopped going there a couple of months ago because of their weird attitude about my ordering the same thing all the time. The last straw(no pun intended) was when I pulled up to the second window and some fat middle-aged broad was craning her neck to see me, as if the cashier at the first window told her I was coming. When I smiled at the old broad, she just looked away and said something snide about me to a younger woman with her, thinking that I couldn’t hear her after the window closed. That’s true but it was so obvious she said something snide because the young woman laughed. When the window opened again, the young woman was overly gracious, as if to make up for the snide remark the old bat made. That old broad should know better and set a good example for the young ones but she did just the opposite. But if someone here could tell my why I was a problem for them just because I came there often and ordered the same thing, I’d like to know.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s resturants ever. Rarely do they get an order right, even if you sit at the drive through and confirm that what they have on the screen is correct. I warn you that you must check your to go and drive through orders before leaving the premises, lest ye be more than likely disappointed. If at all possible, utilize another McDonald’s.

Went in a pinch cause I was time crunched… said to myself how bad could it be… I figured I would try out one of their new«upscale» Quarter Pounders which looked like they could be decent… was also happy when I got there I was the only customer so I figured my order would be correct… ordered the new Bacon Deluxe Quarter Pounder with Cheese and incredibly when I got home it had no bacon on it or the tomato… so basically I was given a standard Quarter Pounder With Cheese but paid 2 bucks more for it… then amazingly enough my fries were undercooked which is impossible to do unless someone did not turn the grease on to the right temperature today… so basically everything I got was wrong… I usually make the mistake of walking into McDonalds once a year for one of their«improved» offerings yet it always ends up reminding me how much the quality of their product has dropped in the last 30 years… Ray Kroc is somewhere up in heaven shaking his head

Good location if you are on base but don’t think what the menu says is true. When it gives you the option to get milk or apple juice they charge you extra!!! Also their new wraps, they don’t prepare then like they are supposed to(not a whole breast) and they slap the food together like its nothing! I mean cheese hanging off the burger, pickles missing, bun half off the sandwich too and don’t expect a ten piece, it will be an eight!!! I will drive the extra few miles to go to another McDonald’s before this one ever again. And I know they could do better, I have three kids and out of all the McDonald’s we go to this is a first for us and by far the worst!!! Just called the corporate office, told them how they messed up my chicken wraps… no spring greens, no cheese on one, no sweet sauce on the other and like 5 strips of think chicken BETWEENTHEMBOTH… and corporate said they would call them and take care if it. I hope! I called seven times or so and that store never picked up! Update as things happen or change. The McDonald in question called me to apologize, the manager told me that it was a training person on the food preparation line that day and she was extremely sorry that the day manager wasn’t watching him when he prepared our food. She insured me that they would keep an eye on them and even offered me coupons for a replacement Premium wrap(I took the offer but probably wont use it, cant hold it against all McDonald if the trainee wasn’t being trained right) and tole me if anything else happened to us there to call and request her ad she would take care of it right away. She was nice but i hate that the whole experience was due to un-trained people as she put it. Please take pride in your work and train the new people you hire right! Overall I gave them an extra star because the manager did call, apologize and offer replacement coupons and took the slip up on herself saying that they were going to train them better. She took the blame when it wasn’t her fault so being honest I gave them another star for her.

Fast, prompt service. Food is business as usual but they have a new oatmeal in this season, Blueberry Banana — it was good!

This McDonalds is very slow, and according to the manager, they are not a «participating location» for coupons. I won’t be back.
